Dish Network - Big Dog Satellite Grand Junction Colorado

I'm still waiting to get the channels I am paying for. Installed about 1 month ago.

Many calls and complaints about not getting channels promised. Total run around from this company and DISH satellite. Advertisement said 120 channels/2 yr. contract/24.99 month.

Not even getting 60 channels, no basic national news channels. WTF??? They blame DISH, DISH blames them.....BEWARE...get everything in writing...save paperwork...BAIT AND SWITCH at work here.....or at a minimum incompetence!

Want ME to upgrade to next package.....no..no..no..!!!! Make sure you get what you pay for...they need to honor advertised price or it is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

Why would I want HD when my TV is 10 years old??? Makes no sense.

Larry knew that. Nothing was said about Dish America.

I was given the brochure for Americas 120. Misrepresentation by your company.

This is because you expressed interest in the $24.99/mo. price point. Any advertisement stating that the America's Top 120 was $24.99 would have been outdated at the time you set up service. The promotional price for the America's Top 120 is $29.99/mo.

In an effort to save you money and find a programming package that best fit your needs, Kory set you up with the Dish America package, which does not include standard definition channels or digital music stations that would be included on the America's Top 120. As is the case with all customers, if you wish to receive channels offered on a specific package, you simply contact Dish to subscribe to that package. We apologize if that was not understood, but we do our best to communicate that kind of information to our customers. I am sorry that your experience has been frustrating.

Waiting for the "Satellite Fairy" is as futile as waiting for your company to return e-mails or respond online with customer service live chat. I have copies of both. Funny you respond to Pissed Customer but not your own website.

Online customer service chat with Kory went nowhere today. .

Dish says your problem, you say Dish. Customers stuck in the middle of a monopoly.

Will let BBB sort it out. There are not enough hours in the day for this non sense.

Westworld1 is not in our customer database, so this is currently the only way I have of making contact with you. I still encourage you to contact us if you have any issues or questions.

If there is anything at all Big Dog Satellite can do to improve your experience, we will. If you are sucscribed to the America's Top 120 and are not able to view the programming included on that package, that is something Dish Network needs to be made aware of, as Big Dog Satellite cannot make changes to the channels you receive. Should the reason for the problems you are experiencing be related to the installation of your system, Big Dog Satellite installations carry a warranty. If you are covered under that warranty, we would be happy to provide you with a service call at no charge.

I know from experience that there is no such thing as the Satellite Fairy, so sitting back and waiting for problems to resolve themselves will not get us positive results. Please get in touch with us so we can get your problem solved!

If you spent as much time contacting customers than writing this advertisement, there would not be a problem. Again, I did not get the channels that are supposed to be in the package.
