Philips - DNA ALCHEMY-VALERIE PHILLIPS FRAUDSTERS AND *** ARTISTS
The writer had made a purchase of $1764.91 USD for assorted crystals. Phillips failed to advise the writer of her standard 30% discount for purchases of over $1700.00 When Phillips was questioned by the writers accountant as to why the 30% discount had not been applied, Phillips response was to deny that she had filled the order. Instead she accused the writer of attempting to scam her. Phillips failed to use common sense and admit that she had indeed attempted to scam the writer out his 30% discount of $547.12 USD that he was entitled to. Phillips had been caught in her FRAUD. She instead resorted to a barrage of insane rantings. Phillips then attempted to rationalize her bad behavior with a bogus defense that the writer was attempting to scam her out of the discount that in fact she owed , without a doubt, to the writer. The crystals arrived with fraudulent customs declarations. Her shipment was examined very closely by customs authorities and declared to have arrived with a FALSE DECLARATION. All future shipments from DNA will be seized by the authorities and examined closely for false declarations prior to release. The crystals arrived VERY POORLY PACKAGED. It appears that Phillips has very little experience with international shipping. Seven crystals arrived damaged ( chipped ). The damage was not noted on the original web listing. Two crystals were not the same as shown on her website. She had substituted them. Phillips sells Larimar stones that she claims ARE VERY RARE and that she has an exclusive on. That is a LIE. In fact Larimar stones are not rare. Finished cabs are available for 1/4 the price that she charges. You may find them on Ebay @tqmagpie. Phillips is a rip off artist. Phillips claims to have the exclusive on 2012 crystals. The writer has six of her purported 2012 crystals. They are nothing more than common quartz crystals sold under a fancy name. Phillips fails to provide any evidence as to the origin of the 2012 crystals or any evidence of her exclusive contract. Phillips plays fast and loose with the truth. The writer purchased seven lemurian crystals from Phillips. They are not all lemurian crystals. Some of them are of an unknown origin. Phillips kyanite crystals were of poor quality. Her rose quartz crystals were also chipped and of poor quality. BUYER BEWARE!!! There are lots of other reputable and honest sites to buy crystals from. DNA alchemy is causing great damage to honest crystal sellers due to her shady business practices.

Alltribes Indian Art - FAILURE TO CANCEL ORDER. SHODDY WORKMANSHIP
I placed an order with this company on Sun. Sept 7th for $976.00 USD including a $45.00 next day delivery charge. I spoke to the owner, who was very snotty, on Mon. Sept 8th and inquired as to when this LARGE order was going to be shipped. The owner stated that they ship all orders within two business days and that they withdraw the funds prior to shipping. Most businesses bill when shipped . The order should have been shipped on Tues. Sept 9th. On Wed. Sept 10th I sent an email to inquire as to the status of my order. I also stated that it was expected to be shipped for overnight delivery. I received a reply on Sept. 11 apologizing for the delay and that my order was going to be sent via postal service today and that it would take 3-5 business days to arrive. You will note that they failed to advise the customer of the delay and that they are obviously pocketing the difference in the shipping rates. They have not even attempted to fast track the shipments that THEY HAVE DELAYED. I will never do business with this character again and I would recommend that you think very carefully before you consider doing business with this outfit. Look around before you buy. Note that I have confirmed that the overnight rate to Canada is the same as in the U.S. I attempted to phone this morning and have left messages to cancel the order. I have received no reply. I have had to send another email to this outfit stating in no uncertain terms that this order is canceled. I still have no reply. Now I have to contact Visa to have the charges reversed. This order that was placed was meant to be given as gifts this weekend and now that has been ruined due to the lack of respect for the customer.

MYERS VACUUM, DINO MYERS, KORMER jr CANNOT BE TRUSTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
Dino Myers and Rodger Kormer jr are not to be trusted to honor any contract. Dino Myers supplies defective obsolete equipment knowing full well that the lab3 was defective and inoperable. Dino Myers has an extensive history of breach of contract. Once he is sued Dino Myers just reopens under a different name. Dino Myers has been doing this for years. Dino Myers has used the name of the USS Buchanan as a reference in order to gain sympathy as a Vietnam veteran in order to secure the sale knowing full well that the lab3 was defective to begin with. Dino Myers is a fraud and soon will be " in the brig ".

MYERS VACUUM VANDALIZES RETURNED LAB3 AND DEFRAUDS CUSTOMER OF $30,677.00
MYERS VACUUM / DEAN MYERS cannot be TRUSTED to honour contracts or provide RELIABLE PRODUCTS. We purchased a LAB-3 centrifugal molecular distillation system for $30,677.00 USD. Delivery was promised in 4 weeks. Once DEAN MYERS had received the funds in full he began to stall, postpone and delay the delivery. Three times the trucking arrangements were made and had to be cancelled. NINE WEEKS LATER the LAB-3 was finally ready for shipment. When we asked if the paper work was ready DEAN MYERS replies " isn't the trucking company going to have that"? DEAN MYERS then had to be INSTRUCTED that he is required to produce an invoice and CUSTOMS DECLARATION. DEAN MYERS had stated that the LAB-3 would come in a crate that weighed 600 pounds. We paid the trucking company in advance $1600.00. The LAB-3 did not arrive in a crate instead it arrived on a pallet packed in assorted mismatched boxes with plastic wrap around it and no interior packing. It looked as though MYERS VACUUM had no experience with shipping large objects internationally. THE TOTAL WEIGHT WAS ONLY 295 pounds. We lost $800.00 in excess shipping charges right off the bat due to DEAN MYERS IGNORANCE. The instruction manual was out of date and therefore inaccurate. Drawings that were supposed to be included were not. When the drawings were requested they did not arrive for six weeks. It took that long because ROGER KORMER jr had dispatched the drawings via over night courier WITHOUT A CUSTOMS DECLARATION and they were returned to him the next day. Weeks later we had to request the drawings again because he had not sent them out again. When we attempted to run the LAB-3 the temperature controller did not work. Then the heating element failed. When the LAB-3 failed RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX DEAN MYERS was NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. When DEAN MYERS was asked whats wrong with the LAB-3 he states THAT IT SHOULD WORK and that he would ask ROGER KORMER jr if he has any ideas. We then engaged an independent electrician on the weekend, at great expense, who verified that the LAB-3 had been improperly wired at two locations and as a result the rotor was fried. It was also stated that a qualified electrician would never had made those errors. That was a Friday. We did not get a response till MONDAY. It was as though DEAN MYERS did not give a *** since he already had the money. On Monday DEAN MYERS states that they " don't have a clue " and to send it back for repair at our expense. We say that it is hardly fair that we should pay since the device was miss wired at his factory and as a result it is defective. At DEAN MYERS leisure the " repaired LAB-3 " finally arrives back in our original box WITH NO PACKING AND NO INSURANCE. Because our box was so sturdy it survived but it was not meant to be used for a return trip. The first thing we notice is its not the same LAB-3 that we had sent for repair. We suspect that he had switched it with the other LAB-3 that he has for sale as used that had been returned by another customer. The LAB-3 operated for two hours then the nylon belt broke. We had invested $2000.00 for a spare parts kit but IT DID NOT CONTAIN A SPARE BELT. After more delays DEAN MYERS finally sends a steel belt. We replace the belt everything seems to be ok and when we turn on the rotor heater the FUSE BLOWS. We replace the fuse and it blows again. Finally we reach the point enough is enough. We advise DEAN MYERS that we will be requiring a refund because the LAB-3 cannot be relied upon period, that it never has worked and that we had lost far too much time and money on our projects to date. Well, all of a sudden DEAN MYERS says he will be here to fix it in 2 days. Like where the *** were you when it did not work out of the box THREE MONTHS AGO. Meanwhile the warranty was getting bled down day by day. We state quite clearly that the LAB-3 CANNOT BE RELIED UPON and we will be requiring a refund. Suddenly DEAN MYERS is upset because we wont give him a chance to fix the LAB-3 so that he can prove to us that the lab-3 really does work. Six months had now gone by since we had given DEAN MYERS the funds. The LAB-3 had not worked out of the box, it had already been sent back for repairs and as a result we COULD NOT RELY ON THE LAB-3 as there must be a flaw with the rotor heater design as well as other unknown problems. Suddenly its time for DEAN MYERS to cry a bucket of tears. How we won't give him a chance etc. etc. DEAN MYERS and RODGER KORMER jr then state in a transcribed telephone conversation " if we want to return the LAB-3 it would cost us a restocking fee of $21,000.00. We tell him NO DEAL and they state they will call back shortly. We send them a generous offer of a 20% restocking fee of $6000.00 as well as paying the return shipping costs. DEAN MYERS then demands a restocking fee of $10,000.00 and states that he doesn't have to take it back anyway. Meanwhile we do some research on DEAN MYERS and find out that he is selling obsolete technology, a high maintenance museum piece. Dean Myers had sold the LAB-3 as being " state of the art ', that the Lab-3 was in great demand and that he had an assembly line going and it was best to order sooner then later due to the demand for the LAB-3. Unfortunately we bought his *** and DEAN MYERS successfully hustled the monies out of our pockets. We then send an email advising DEAN MYERS that we were on to him and he quickly accepts our generous offer of a 20% restocking fee, that " he doesn't want to do business with us anymore ( thats exactly what what we have been trying to tell him ) and to MAKE SURE THAT IT IS FULLY INSURED. The LAB-3 is returned professionally packed. All tracking records as it travels indicate no damage. The LAB-3 is delivered received in good order on Monday Sept. 8th. The next day DEAN MYERS advises us that the LAB-3 had arrived and that " the other still components were badly damaged. Welds were broken off chamber, tubing bent, panel knobs broken, manifolding deformed, panel covers bent, dented and scratched ". When DEAN MYERS advised us the next day he had already had the vandalized LAB-3 picked up to return to us DESTROYED. DEAN MYERS then states its an insurance issue between us and Federal Express. A Federal Express security analyst is dispatched to Pittsburgh to exam the damage and states that there is no damage to the outside of the box and that the damage is so severe inside that it could not be hidden damage. It is stated that someone has damaged it on purpose. DEAN MYERS or one of his associates had wilfully destroyed the LAB-3 and as a result have defrauded us of $30,677.00. The losses to date to our company as a result of DEAN MYERS criminal behavior is in excess of $150,000.00 to date. Further investigation has reveled that DEAN MYERS has been to court several times already for BREACH OF CONTRACT. We are now left with a destroyed, incomplete, defective LAB-3. DEAN MYERS has also stolen the vacuum pump and the parts kit as they have not been returned.

I think she should just stick to selling discount crystals and forget the other BS.Its always the same with people like that. In the end they are usually dishonest. Sad but true.
