Jack in the Box - REVIEWS & DIRECT MESSAGES UNANSWERED

I'm still patiently waiting for a response from Jack In The Box, in regards to my previous review here. I also messaged them through their website support page twice now, called their one of the Lynnwood, WA franchise (where I believed I ordered from b/f) multiple times, I also called their customer support dept. & main office, but no answer from all these at all! Again, still waiting patiently! Hopefully they'll respond to me soon! It seems like, there's no way to get in touch w/ them!!!

Hello, I made an online order on 12/27 from Jack In The Box (on their website), but my order wasn't delivered! The establishment was visited by many Door Dash employees to pick up my order, but all of them was unsuccessful to find the restaurant being open.

It was closed due to inclement weather, but I had no idea it was b/c I tried calling them prior to ordering to make sure they're open, but no one answered; I then checked all of their Social Medias just in case to check if they had posted anything about them being closed, but I didn't see anything, so I just assumed they could be open, then went ahead & ordered. After that, when it had been awhile past the time that I should've received my order, I contacted Door Dash & they informed me that morethan 1 driver was sent out to pick up, only for them to find out that the restaurant was closed. I tried calling Jack In The Box 3 or 4 consecutive days to have my money refunded, but I was unable to reach out anyone. I then tried to contact the main customer service & also corporate office, but I was unable to reach out them too; I guess this time with them was the time difference.

I tried to reach out both once again, few times after that, but nothing again. I also messaged Jack In The Box using their website support system, but they didn't respond to me.

So, I know it's been couple months since this has passed & could be too late to ask this now, but considering my effort to reaching out to them, I would highly appreciate it & ask kindly if they can contact & issue me a refund! Please & thank you?!?
