Uber - Worst “customer service” ever

Can’t access my own damn account for some reason. It’s been 3 days since I’ve contacted customer service to regain access to my account and I’ve been asked 3 times for the same info by 3 different people (or maybe they’re bots because no sentient being can be this dumb and difficult to work with). Uber’s customer service is as worse if not more worse that Dell’s.
