In order to get my employer up and running, I used my credit card to get going. This sign-up is a subscription that renews annually.
When our division was cut from the organization during layoffs, our emails were turned off which disallowed me to access my email for double-verification and access to turn off my subscription renewal.
3 months after my last day, I was charged $900.
And was given the party line... No refunds. And, after explaining that I did not have access to the email I used to sign up for the service, or a double-verifiction device, they still told me to access the account to cancel the service, that I was unable to do.
I also explained that In Illinois, there is a law regarding automatic subscriptons requiring 30-day notice before renewal. Without having access to my former company e-Mail, I did not get notice.
Survey Monkey customer service simply repeated the party line and ignored customer needs. Never again will work with this company.
