Verizon - Unable to deliver phone on time

Ordered a new phone to be delivered Friday by 8pm. (Stated on contract) 4 days after the scheduled delivery date I stopped out to the store to see what they could do for me.

They offered no help or compensation. Told me I was at the mercy of FedEx. There is no new scheduled delivery. They will not order me another phone or offer any compensation for this major inconvenience.

Same story when I called Verizon customer service. No willingness to help in any way. They told me I would have to wait on FedEx. I explained to them that Verizon is FedExs customer not me, and that I am Verizons customer, their issue with FedEx is not my problem.

Verizon is unwilling to step up and even call FedEx for their customers.

When I told them I will have to switch carriers, they had no interest in retaining a loyal customer of over 10+ years. Only informed me or restocking fees on a product that I have not received.
