You can't get to speak to a live person. Computer errors, on their part occur very often and no one has the ability to correct them. They are temporarily repaired but then, the same things continue to happen. (A good part of the time, I do not receive "OUTBID"...

Ordered a back for a wheelchair. Was sent the wrong item, TWICE. Matter is still not resolved. Still have not received two chargebacks to my credit card. This problem is going on for one month. I have been speaking to one salesperson throughout this whole matter. She has been very pleasant. However I haven't gotten any results. I should correct that, I have gotten results , however they are all wrong results. I guess my next option is to dispute these charges with my credit card company. Stear clear of this company. Nothing but headaches. Will never do business with this company, again.
