My husband and I came to the drive-thru and ordered number 11 when we got home. The order was completely burnt to the point of the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life.

I took a picture of it. I called the store to let them know how our sandwiches were and was treated completely poorly and the manager was extremely rude. Argumentative kept insisting that we ordered the number 10 when I heard my husband say number 11 and I even said number 11 and I told him that our sandwiches were burnt and he was rude to me and I've been in the services of the food industry before and I know that customers are not to be treated that way. The response should have been from him.

I'm sorry for your experience and I apologize. How can I make this right for you. His name is Alexander Rodriguez and he was the biggest jerk I have ever spoken to over the phone before. I don't even know why he is a manager if he cannot treat customers.

With respect, instead of arguing his point and then proceeding to say if you come in and give me the sandwiches I will then make you the ones you want. And I explained to him that my husband was just hurt at work and cannot come in right now. But we do have pictures and he says so you ate them and I said yes. Yes we did.

Or I might have said no. I threw him away.

I have no idea. I was so angry but anyways he treated us unfairly poorly and we are feeling like we are never going back and we've been going to Carl's Jr for over 10 years
