No action by Toll Brothers . Management reviewed with no action with senior management.

They said it was built by code.

It is terrible living in this environment. Four families have moved out.

Do NOT buy a new condo from Toll Brothers. Senior management will lie to you about how they are built. No first floor condos. The noise on the first floor is so loud you have to turn the TV very loud and wear ear plugs to sleep. The wonderful senior management takes no action to correct the issue. Be aware.
