Verified ReviewerUPS - State consumer bureaus and BBB regional offices often automatically merge or close these complaints
Following a dispute over replacement hardware, an unauthorized early-morning 4:46 AM transit intercept was executed on my delivery. Shortly after, UPS issued automated written notifications claiming the package was officially "lost" in their system.Instead of accepting the "lost" narrative, I independently tracked down the actual physical location and logs showing where the item was routed.
The package wasn't lost at all—the "lost" status was a convenient automated or manual cover to mask the transit intercept, prevent delivery, and shield Boost Mobile / Likewize from my claim of unfair trade decptive practice.Falsifying logistics statuses to cover up fulfillment errors is deceptive trade practice. This entire paper trail—contrasting the automated "lost package" emails with the physical location proof—has been officially added to my active regulatory filing but as of how broken our consumer protection agencies are this issue of clearly fraud decptive practice still remains unresolved.BBB, OAG, MD, and FCC has failed me multiple times as a OAG supervisor has mishandled and closed my claim resolved while having documentation of boost mobile misconduct tampering and enforcing a false credit response as a honor municipalatin my claim and the OAG office but the supervisor who were handling my claim ignored the evidence documentation of this scheme and allowed a enforce credit closed my claim resolved never seeing if I consent to the credit as a honor with my knowledge also won't allow me to challenge boost corporate case manager credit as a honor by merging new claims I file with the closed resolved. These actions that I am saying against Boost Mobile/ Likewise and now Ups, not just words I have documentation proof of these actions but the consumer protection agencies that suppose to assist and help with citizens consumer claims as we do have rights as a customer citizen who are purchasing merchandise from these retailers even if we lack information on what they doing in good faith cannot basically steal we have to start holding companies corporation accountable for violating consumer rights

UPSs notice on August 29, 2026, opening a "Lost package investigation" directly contradicts Exhibit C (which proves the package was scanned as "Returned") and Exhibit D (proving verbal confirmation of the vendor recall). Converting a driver-executed recall with a forged signature scan into a "Lost Package" classification constitutes an affirmative attempt to alter commercial audit trails to insulate Likewize Corp.
Screenshot (The Carrier Log): Shows the explicit progress bar ending on "Returned" at the Economy Mart Access Point address. The package was physically handled and processed through a return protocol, not misplaced.
Screenshot(The Phone Log): Timestamped call record with UPS Customer Service (1-86*-***-****), proving direct verbal communication occurred regarding this exact tracking event.
A package that was delivered to an Access Point, pulled back by a driver, and logged with an unauthorized signature scan is NOT lost.
Classifying this as a "lost package" after the driver physically retrieved it alters the paper trail, shields vendor misconduct
If ever have experienced this exact same "phantom fulfillment" schemewhere Boost Mobile/Likewize generated a tracking number, recalled your replacement device mid-transit, falsified a return signature, or altered tracking logs while state consumer protection divisions failed or closed your casedo not let them close your file. Keep pursuing to have the consumer protection division to actually assist and protect our consumer rights as citizens customers we do have
User's recommendation: We must hold telecommunications providers, claim administrators, and carriers accountable when traditional consumer protection channels fall short.

Verified ReviewerSevere consumer rights violations and deceptive practices by Boost Mobile Escalation Managers
My attempts to resolve this through Boost Mobile's Corporate Escalation team have resulted in avoidance and bad-faith handling: - October 27, 2025: Executive Manager Nicole Steffani offered a partial refund of $96, claiming I had only paid for insurance for 10 months. When I provided the original receipt from March 18, 2024, proving I had been paying for the coverage for 21 months, Ms.
Steffani blocked my email address and ceased all communication. - November 2025: I filed FCC Ticket #823**** regarding the billing dispute and overcharges. Case Manager John Kimble denied the ticket and the requested refund. - January 2026: Mr.
Kimble closed the claim by falsely stating I consented to a $168 account credit on Jan 6, 2026. This date is inaccurate, as the non-genuine hardware was not discovered until later, and no such credited honor existed on my account.
May 12, 2026: I took the device to an Apple Store for repair. An official Apple diagnostic report flagged the hardware as counterfeit, noting that the display could not be authenticated as genuine and that unauthorized components were installed. - Recent Escalations: Specialist Bria B acknowledged the validity of my claim regarding the counterfeit hardware and the breach of the service contract.
However, my newer FCC Ticket #841**** regarding the counterfeit hardware was subsequently closed by copying the denial from the previous, unrelated ticket.
Boost Mobile has failed to act in good faith, breached its own service contract by charging retail repair rates while collecting monthly insurance premiums, and continues to bill me for a non-functional, compromised device.
Retroactive Account Ledger Alteration
Boost Mobile Case Manager John Kimble utilized digital portal control to modify historical billing lines after the fact, presenting altered account histories to administrative reviewers: - Original Account History (Captured Feb 13, 2026): Verified recurring monthly charges totaling $63.00 on 02/06/2026 offset against pre-existing account credit balances. Zero direct credit card payment was recorded for that date.
- Altered Account History (Captured Feb 14, 2026): The carrier retroactively inserted an artificial line item reading "Payment Credit Card $63.00 Completed" on 02/06/2026 to rewrite transaction timelines and obscure credit applications. Still requesting penalties under MCPA
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: We are no longer asking for individual mediation. We are demanding that regulatory enforcement agencies fulfill their public mandate to hold wireless carriers accountable.

Verified ReviewerBoost Mobile - Systemic Billing Fraud & Database Manipulation of FCC Consumer Protection Division Ticket's (#823****) Ticket (#841****) Administrative Manipulation: Boost Corporate
My matter was mediated through the Maryland Office of the Attorney General (OAG) Consumer Protection Division and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Boost Mobile Corporate Escalations bypassed the hardware defect by merging my active hardware complaint into an unrelated, previously processed billing claim They cited an unrequested account credit to falsely claim the dispute was settled, leading mediators to mark the file as "Closed / Resolved" despite my explicit written rejection of any billing adjustment as a substitute for a genuine hardware remedy. Furthermore, Boost Mobile internal escalations repeatedly altered online portal ledger dates and digital billing records during the active dispute to present a false record of compliance to outside mediatorsState consumer protection divisions and private review boards operate primarily through voluntary mediation and lack the enforcement authority to hold corporations accountable. Companies exploit these limitations, alongside strict mandatory arbitration clauses and class-action waivers buried in their terms of service, to shield themselves from public judicial accountability and hide widespread misconduct.
Furthermore, Boost Mobile has intentionally manipulated account records and provided conflicting written statements across regulatory consumer protection bodies to avoid accountability, using a false FCC ticket (#823****) to close valid OAG and FCC complaints. Feb 7, 2026, response to Executive Escalations, Boost Mobile represented to federal records that a $168.00 courtesy billing credit was issued on January 20, 2026. Altered Account History: Original account records from February 13, 2026, verify recurring monthly charges totaling $63.00 on February 6, 2026, offset against pre-existing credit balances with zero direct credit card payments. However, records captured on Mar 6, 2026, show the carrier retroactively inserted an artificial line item reading 'Payment Credit Card $63.00 Completed' on February 6, 2026, to alter the transaction timeline.
Boost Mobile Escalation Managers continue to reuse information from my initial closed ticket to provide false responses without addressing the core issues of fraud, counterfeit hardware, and lack of coverage. To protect consumer rights and to hold companies accountable to follow policies, issues like what I'm experiencing must cause corporations to be held accountable, as formal investigations into these deceptive trade practices cannot be mishandled like mine.
Preferred solution: Full refund
