I have been working on this account since February 2nd 2023. With issues we been have .

requested a extension on my bill with representative and well as live chat. I havr gotten NO WHERE BUT NO TV.

and no extension and have waited up to 3 HOURS ON HOLD at 1 time.

The one rep i talked to lasy week was going to get me a credit and said she would do a extension then agsin nothing.

I have been getting told since February you guys were having a systems issue . and to call back and it be fixed still is not fixed . At one point i got told the weight was 960 yes nine hundred & Sixty minutes.

that 16 hours on hold.

i have even done the call back with no call back..

We have been with you for a while and this is how we get treated??? We are closed to being done.
