Received my ChampVA information and they told me I was eligible to have Medicare A and Medicare B was mandatory. Went to Waxahachie, Texas office. When called to window-was called very rudely and the whole time I was there the guy was rude after he walked away for a few min before coming back to the window. He asked me 3 times what my name was and never asked for my id. Pretending he was looking on the computer. He said the VA and social security are two different entities-do you understand that? I said yes I do but why would they send me this form saying I needed to have Medicare B if I wasn't suppose to have it. He said the VA knows nothing about social security admin. He proceeded to tell me I would not be eligible for SS benefits. I said how do you know that and he said I had not worked enough pretending to look in the computer. I called 3 years ago and they told me what I would get ss. I said that makes no sense I worked for many years. He would say again what is your name??? Towards the end of the conversation he I told him he was very rude and he said well you are very rude. I said the reason I am rude is because you have been that way this whole conversation. He said give me you ID again. I said "how can I give you my ID again when you never asked for it?" He said I'm asking for your ID now and I said you said again and I'm telling you-you have just now asked for my ID. When I got up to leave I said..... what did you say your name was and he said.....S P A R K S (spelled it out)...โ€ฆ. like I cant spell. If you don't like your job Sparks find one you do because you are not good at this one!!!! Sorry excuse for an employee SS admin.!!!! Weed the fraud waste and abuse out there are plenty of people wanting jobs!!!
