I received a harness and one of the buckles was sewn on incorrectly so the harness cant be used. Ive tried calling Billy billows and Ive gotten no response. Ive tried emailing and Ive left a review on their website. No response shipping it back would be over $100 from the USA Their policy is that they make the customer pay for shipping. How is that fair? Am I really out $76?
