GEICO - Price gouging

Geico is an unfair company. lI paid them on time for a full five years and had a pretty good driving record.

No moving violations. Two seat belt tickets in 3 years made up their decision.

Ridiculous Company I'm so glad to be rid of them. =^.^= Love the Lizard, Hate the Employer" He needs a new job with better pay.

Geico was charging 275.00 month for years. My sun is disabled and only had two seat belt tickets in the past three years. They decided to not renew. When contacted they had a bad attitude . They were very discriminating toward him. I immediately tried progressive insurance and they gave me a 6 month quote of 360. Geico is price gouging the customers. We paid on time for 5 years. Progressive is happy to take all of the customers that Geico throws away. Unbelievable. I hope they go out of business. They are an unfair complain. The only thing good about them is the lizard. I hope He gets another job.

GEICO started out as "government employees insurance company" and has never been a really cheap way to insure anything, much less automobiles. Hard to believe someone would rack up two seat belt infractions but you must know that most gendarmes love to stop little old ladies and drivers they don't think will cause a problem and give them a ticket for not wearing a seat belt.

There was one copper a few years ago in my area who actually used a pair of binoculars so he could spot someone not wearing a seat belt from far away. He racked up alot of money for the municipality in tickets he gave out to granny and such.

Progressive is, indeed cheaper but you might also consider what happens when you need to talk to an agent. If you don't wish to get caught in the phone menu and then try to make yourself understood to someone in a foreign land, then also check out other insurance companies.
