Vitacost - Privacy breach

I receive multiple stereotypical messages from the company (we value your business) with absolutely no address of the problem I demand explanation for : the fact that they hacked my computer to retrieve my private email address and that they are sending hourly junkmails to me without my permission.

While I was on their website, I miraculously started getting hourly junkmails from Vitacost to my private email address that I never gave them, and of course never agreed to receive their junkmail to!!! It seems like they retrieved it from my computer while I was on their website !!! all my contact attempts received a stereotypic reply without answering my questionst

  • And they keep bombaring my private email address
  • Lack of integrity in not replying to my multiple messages
  • Breach of my privacy by hacking my compuer

Preferred solution: An explanation as for how they retrieved my private email address from my computer while I was browsing their website, And $100 for every junkmail sent without my permission (there are 23 until now).

User's recommendation: STAY AWAT !! they steal your personal information

They promise a free trial month, but since you are asked to give them your credit card number in advance, in case you'd want to sign up, they just charge you whenever they want, and the amount they want !!

This is fraud - and unfortunately for me I was naive enough to enter my credit card number...

FYI - I already contacted the Europeen Consumer protection entity - and they replied to me VERY CLREARLY - that INTERNATIONS IS SCAM, AND THAT I HAVE BEEN VICTIME OF FRAUD! Christal clear without any ambiguity or reserve!!

They therefore encouraged me to sue Internation, which i'm doing.

I encourage you to sue them too - and feel free to report your unfortunate experience to the Europeen consumer protection center too- the more they get complaints the faster will be their action against these crooks!! Best regards A fraud victime by internations

Members can downgrade their membership at any moment during the free trial in order to avoid being automatically extended. Further to this, the date of the automatic extension is clearly stated at the top of your membership page.

Why do you even bother answering with lies, instead of just apologizing and refunding all the thousands of people you cheated and stole money from? I"m sure you already read the hundreds of complaints of the people you scammed- and one can only imagine how many people you scammed didn't bother writing a review and a warning..

Except for being, yet again, a lie, your reply is totally irrelevant to my case (and thousands of others, as it appears all over the internet), because the potential extension period I chose was 3 months and I was charged for a whole year, and, most important of all, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED B E F O R E the end of my month's trial!!! So why don't you cut the crap and choose - If you want to have good reputation, just stop stealing money from people!

how about that? But you can't expect to steal money from people and scam them, and then lie to try and refute when they report on their experience....
