Turnkey Vacation Rentals - TURNKEY RENTALS SUCK!

I rented a unit from Turnkey rentals, and when arriving to our destination (S. Lake Tahoe), we discovered that the bed in the second bedroom was OVER 40 inches tall. I paid OVER $1800 for a five night stay and upon inspecting the unit, we saw the height of the bed. This was a MAJOR issue for us, since we are in our late sixties and the other people we had stay with us are all in their EIGHTIES. I used a phone from the people next to us (I have no cell phone), and called Turnkey and told them of the issue and they said they would send a rep out. The second day we were there the rep showed up and when I told him of the issue concerning the bed, he says, "that is NOT Turnkey's responsibility, that is the OWNERS responsibility". I asked him to look at the height of the bed and his response was, "again, that is NOT Turnkey's responsibility". I told him that he needed to send out a supervisor to inspect that bedroom. He said he would, but of course, NO ONE SHOWED UP! My wife and I had to sleep on the living room floor for our WHOLE STAY, which of course caused me to have back pain. They would NOT even talk to me when I got home, because they said, "this is the first time we heard about this issue". THEY ARE LIARS!!! Their rep knew of the situation on the 2nd day of our stay (when he finally came out to the unit)! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company, not only did they OVER CHARGE me (I found out that they rent this unit CHEAPER than what I paid, from that next door neighbor). They are CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY and once they have your money they want NOTHING to do with you! I had to see my doctor for my back pain and I was out of action for about 10 days! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
