Sumissura - Horrible Customer Exeperince

I received an email from the company on 8/3/21, advising me to mail the clothing items back to them for a remake. I mailed the items on 8/6/21 as directed.

On 8/29/21, I received an email from the company advising that they were closing my support ticket. To date, I have not received the clothing items ordered nor a refund.

I am extremely frustrated with Sumissura. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 dresses and a suit from Sumissura. It took more than 30 days to receive the items. When I received the items, they were 3 times my size and the fabric quality was poor. I tried to submit a support ticket and was advised it was too late.

User's recommendation: Beware of this company.
