Now 2 months later, not only not resolved but they are messing other accounts up. BTW: If you plan to pay off a loan, you better download everything first, because once you payoff the loan your account and all statements will disappear.

I sent a secure message requesting information on 1 of my accounts. I received an email telling me a response was available on the website or mobile app. When I go to the site or my computer or mobile app, it tells me the message service is unavailable. When I called about the problem and requested a way to access the message i was hung up on twice and got no call back. This is an awful bank with a pitiful website and lousy customer service

Submitted a claim on Sept 17. As of Sept 22, still had not heard back from Select Home Warranty.

When I finally called, they told me my claim was not covered. They somehow managed to make this determination without sending anyone out to inspect the unit.

Ring Security - Will not let me cancel account

I had a ring doorbell that quit working so replaced. I recently got an message telling that my account would renew and I would be charged for the new subscription. I tried to log into the app on my phone. Because it is a new phone it wants to send a code to my old phone, which I don't have, to let me log in. I called customer service and they told me I needed to be home and press my ring doorbell, which as I mentioned quit working and I don't even have. They refuse to allow me to cancel my subscription without the doorbell. Avoid this *** company!!!!! Avoid this *** company!!!!!

HTENCS - Package not shipped and phoney tracking numbers sent

Bogus site. Ordered item in March scheduled to be delivered 2nd week of May. When inquired about statis late April I was sent a"tracking number" saying my order had been shipped. When I went to site however, it said no such "tracking number" . All communications with company resulted in them sending me the same tracking number back. When my item didn't arrive I sent an email to company to cancel order because it was too late. They said they couldn't cancel because it had already shipped and sent me the same bogus tracking number again June 15 still no package item.NEVER ORDER FROM HTENCS

FedEx - Loststolen packages

Never received a followup from FEDEX despite numerous complaints and phone calls. Really need to avoid using this company

I think the delivery drivers are either ignorant or crooked. I watched a Fedex truck drive past my house without stopping and a minute later I got a notice that my package had been delivered and left by my door. I have filed 4 different complaints and never even got a response. 6 times in less than 2 weeks they claim to have delivered packages to my house that were never delivered

User's recommendation: Use the post office or UPS AVOID FEDEX.

Southwest Vacations - Very Disappointed

Recently used Southwest Vacations to book our vacation. I will never do that again. You were unable to help with information about transportation between the airport and hotel. Also had the misfortune of choosing the Radisson Fallsview. we had a reservation booked through Southwest Vacations and arrived at 1:20pm we were told the room was not ready and was "Guaranteed for 4pm" we left went to walk around and returned at 3;30pm. were again told room not ready "guarantted for 4pm checkin" we left again and returned at 4:20 pm and were told again the room wasn't ready. when I asked about the "guaranteed 4pm checkin" i was told that was really a guide. They were in no hurry to check us in. We later asked the maid when the room had been made up and she said 3pm. On top of that Monday morning without warning or notice the water shut off in the hotel! So no water for showering, toilet or anything else. You need to drop this hotel AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!! On top of that we were told we get no Radisson Rewards credit since it wasn’t booked through the Radisson website and we didn’t have a Radisson Hotel confirmation number. If this is what I can expect booking with Southwest Vacations, I will likely NOT do it again
