Lens.com shipping method (Fedex Smartpost)

I ordered contact lens on 21 August from Lens.com, not knowing they were shipping via Fedex Smartpost. This is 29 August and haven't received them yet because the tracking says they stayed in Atlanta for 3 days doing nothing. I could have purchased these from my doctor or other online companies with free shipping and faster service. This is my first experience ordering my contacts online and a lesson learned. I did save money by ordering online but sometimes it is worth paying a bit more and get your order within a reasonable time. Lens.com, or any other company you are dealing with should inform you they are shipping Fedex Smartpost before you pay. I won't be using Lens.com again.

I waited over 2 weeks and found out they had been sitting in Chicago for several day. I called to complain and they said they would send me a new order via overnight.

It’s been nearly a week and FedEx shows the order hasn’t even been picked up yet! Will NEVER order from them again

ordered on 9/24. shipped on 10/10.

it is now 10/24 and no lenses. do not order from lens.com or ever use smartpost
