Flames N Games - Online store messes up my order and blames me!

After browsing on amazon for some juggling apparel to give to my boyfriend as his annual novelty christmas present, I came accross what looked like a good site, Flames N games juggling shop. I ordered a set of 5 juggling balls with a booklet, a contact juggling ball, some clubs and three spinning plates. When my package came i was disappointed to see that two plates were missing and there were no juggling balls or booklet. I emailed customer service and told them of this and also that the contact juggling ball had no packaging, product info or instructions. Their reply was that they felt they may have forgotten to pack the plates, but they packed the balls and someone must have removed them before giving the package to me? I sent an email stating that I opened the package and they were not in there, also that I wanted them to be delivered propmptly and to accuse me was bad customer service. They said they would deliver them but did not appreciate rude customers!!! As for the ball, they said no retailer any where in the world sells them with packaging, and I would have to buy a 'how to' book for £11.95 (plus P&p). I have recieved all of the items, but the company won't apologise for blaming me for their mistake. But even without the distress they caused by doing this, I would never order from them again anyway, the products are awful, they look cheap, dont have packaging, some items were dirty, and basically it looks like I have bought them from a car boot sale! The ball looks like a paperweight and with no packaging or instructions it will not be given as a christmas present, Nobody will know what to do with it anyway. If I'm to keep it I will have to trawl the internet for easy instructions! I would advise anyone who wantsd a contact juggling ball to buy a branded one like fushigi.

Little Tinks - Facebook Trader starts online row because I left bad review

I recently left bad review of a facebook trading site, because my teary neice was having so much trouble with them. The site Little Tinks, which sells girls hair accessories took my neices money and didnt send any products, after my neice asked three times where the stuff was, then asked for a refund, two months later, the trader tried to blame my neice, firstly, she had given her the wrong address, secondly, royal mail had lost it, thirdly, it had been returned by royal mail, and then because my neice had recieved it and stolen the contents. Because i have had the audacity to review and ask for an apology for my neice the trader has messaged me publicly telling me im harassing her, that im being nasty and trying to intimidate me by telling me a family member is in the police force? when i told the woman i had a right to exercise my consumer rights she carried on with these accusations. I am completely gobsmacked... again! i cannot believe that i am being ordered to not review the site by the person that i have reviewed, im not happy!

Little Tinks - Facebook trader refuses to take responsibily for extremely atrocious service

My upset young niece messaged me saying that she had ordered some kids products two months prior from a seller on facebook, but she was messing her about because of her age. I intervened only to be told, get off my page she can sort her own problems out. Basically her excuse for not sending the items was that my neice had given her the wrong address, then that royal mail had lost package, then that royal mail had returned it and then because my neice had stolen it. (re-read the bit that says royal mail had returned it. when my neice asked for a refund, she was told, "ive echequed it, not nice doing business with you" and carried on to say that my neice had been nothing but trouble, this was because she had asked where her order was on three occasions. I left a review on her page and guess what? yuep she has removed it, and blocked us from her page. i have asked for an apology for my neice, but this woman thinks this sort of customer service is acceptable.
