CAPITAL ONE needs to be boycotted
I AM SO PISSED! I have never received such bad service my whole life! This is a series of events that just keep getting worse. I lost my capital one card and asked for a replacement. It took several calls to have my card replaced because the person I spoke with kept confusing my card number with that of the other cardholders in the company. When I finally got the new card and I tried paying the balance using capital one's automated system, their computer says, "A new number has been assigned for this account. " It then transferred me to a customer service rep (or should I say anti-customer service rep) who was very rude. I told her that I was frustrated and that I wanted to be transferred to a supervisor. Several minutes later, a supervisor got on the line and asked what she could do for me. I told her that I was frustrated since this is the 5th time that has happened in 2 months. I told her that they need to improve their customer service and be more efficient. She started getting defensive and said that there is nothing wrong with their customer service in India. I said that if she is already getting defensive about my complaint and she is a supervisor, then I said that that is unfortunate because the supervisors are supposed to lead and be a good example. She got really sarcastic and said, " We have the best customer service in India!" I told her I disagreed, based on her attitude and several others before her. She huffed and puffed and snapped, " You can call back later when you are feeling happy!" Then she hung up. What a biyatch! I can not believe this woman! I can not believe why Capital One would outsource our jobs to countries like India, that don't even give Americans decent customer service. We need jobs in the US. We need to get back this customer service jobs that are being given away overseas and not being appreciated. And---- these people insult our intelligence and treat us like s---t! This is terrible and needs to stop. NOTE: Google the words: Capital One complaints and you will find hundered, even thousands of complaints. It's time to do something about this situation. Either boycott Capital One or stop outsourcing jobs to India and elsewhere.

CAPITAL ONE needs to get sued for wasting time!
IF YOUR TIME IS IMPORTANT TO YOU, NEVER USE CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD. They are the worst in the industry! For the 4th or 5th time in a few months, they have put a hold on my credit card for no reason. It is so embarrasing! I am waiting in line to pay the cashier at a supermarket and the card gets declined. I know that there is plenty of money on the card, so I called the customer service number. Guess what? I am transferred to India, where I could barely understand the customer rep's thick Indian accent. I had to repeat my card number several times, then she argues that the number I gave is not a legitimate number. I said, "What?!" I am reading the card that you, guys issued me and I have been using this same card for years. Then, she puts me on hold for several minutes. Upon her return, I remind her that I am still holding up the line at the supermarket and people are starting to glare at me like it's my fault that my credit card is having problems. The service rep asks me to repeat the credit card number 2 more times, puts me on hold for 3 more minutes and then says that there is no hold on the card and for the cashier to try to run it again. For the 4th time, the store cashier runs the card and again, the computer screen says that the card is declined. I tell the service rep this, and she still insists that it is not on their end, but on the store's end. The cashier runs the card 2 more times. Same thing. I ask the service rep to be transferred to a supervisor and she says in "an-i-don't-give-a-***" voice, "I can't transfer you until I exhaust all the troubleshooting possibilities. What are the last 3 digits on the back of your card?" I give her the number and she says, "That is an invalid code". Again, I shriek, '"What?! I am simply reading the back of my card and I have used this code and this card for years? What is going on?" She says (amused), "Hold the line..." Again, I was on hold for several minutes, then she comes back on the line and said, "I don't see any problem on the card. Run the card again... Maybe this time it will work." I ask the cashier (who at this time, is now glaring at ME), to run the card one last time. Guess what? Card is still declined and the phone goes dead! Unbelievable!

CNN - Do Not Believe the F-----g Numbers!!!
Fellow Americans, please do not believe the f-----g numbers that the media has put out regarding the state of our economy, the stock market, the real estate market, etc, etc...! If we keep focusing on how bad things are, we we all fall into depression and just totally give up. Enough already! I have stopped listening to the doom and gloom reports that are now rampant at CNN especially Glenn Beck. The scarier and more depressing the report, the happier they are because for some reason, people like to be scared. Isnt' that why we watch scary movies? But let us get past all this melancholy! I know of a lot of business owners that are so distracted from pushing their businesses to success because they feel that it's pointless to advertise in this economy. Instead of doing marketing and trying harder to get more clients, they are paralyzed and thinking only of the worst. This is crazy! I refuse to watch another news report that mentions that our economy is going to get worse and will stay that way for 5 to 10 years. I just don't want to believe what they want me to believe. Instead, I will focus on m business and help other businesses that I work with, in order to defeat this demoralizing prediction that this country is going down the drain. No! I refuse to believe that. I came to this country 18 years ago as a legal immigrant and I have made my fortune here legally. I have worked so hard to get to where I am at, and I am determined to stay financially stable---- no matter what the media says will happen to me or to this country. Fellow Americans, let us fight back! Let us not get discouraged and give up. Let us work harder than ever before and remain positive. If you lost your job, try to find a better one by enhancing your skills and be a better employee. If you are worried about your business, learn more about marketing and try harder to attract and retain clients. There is always a way out. There is always a solution to all the problems that we are experiencing. Don't let this proud country turn into a third world country. Let us make more friends than enemies in other nations. Let us vote for the best president. Let us keep praying for guidance so that we will know how to turn this economy around. Individually, let us do our share. By remaining strong as individuals, we will rise up again as the richest nation in the world. I believe this! I know that things are getting better everyday. Let us all unite and turn things around for the better, for the sake of our families and friends. Amen!

Complaintsboard.com is unfair for not verifying complaints about our company
As a business owner, it pains me to see all sorts of businesses being slammed on this website called ComplaintsBoard.com . Sure, it has become a really popular avenue for consumers to vent their frustrations on businesses who have done them wrong. But… the scary part is that vicious competitors are now using this vehicle to slander other legitimate businesses. I have seen so many fake-sounding complaints about businesses on this website. Where is their sense of decency? Here’s to you Complaintsboard.com : How would you like your competitors to slander your site and post fake complaints about you? And you, Elizabeth Arden, are you getting richer and richer everyday while these businesses are hurting? I hope that you sleep really well tonight!

Yes, they outsource our jobs and keep in mind they just took billions of dollars in the banking bailout and paid their CEO millions in salary. I have had a Capital One credit card in years that I am closing.
They bought the bank I have used for years but I am moving my accounts to another bank as well. The reason is their corporate greed!
Forget Boycotts - you have to file complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and Office of Thrift Supervision.
Otherwise they will never change and never close the call center in India.
No one speaks english so it is impossible to resolve anything.
Which I guess is why she said they have the best call center in India, they successfully stonewall customers!
