Ganley Automotive Group - Customer Service is Horrible

Customer service at its worst! Bought a Jetta one week ago today. Put a deposit down a few days prior and asked for paperwork to be ready to go when we came in. I bought last two cars online and spent ten min in the store signing papers. Well... of course not here. Spent 1.5 hours with paperwork. Let me add this... it was total cash sale... no financing to do! Then when we were done, wentto leave and the keys were missing! Two imbeciles ran around w their heads cut off trying to find the keys w no luck for another half hour. I said... just mail them to me. They said ok. I left. Sat rolls around and I call and email with no reply to this very day. I call and email again Sunday, again... nothing returned. Call today and was told we needed to come get the keys and sign some more paperwork. Wow... that's communicating w your customer!!! NOT! You never called or returned a call. I tell them that they need to deliver the keys to my house and bring whatever paperwork so we can look it over. Of course... still no call back from management! I do not think I am unreasonable! The least they could do is bring us the key. Pretty simple thing when we just handed you 20k in cash! Any other dealership would never let it get to this point! Customer Service is not even a consideration at this dealership! Look at all the other posts recently... this dealership is making a lot of customer very unhappy! Yes... I will post this on every Ganley website, Google lead, review board, Facebook and the others, even LinkedIn! I would think the owner would be disgusted with this sort of behavior at a dealership w his name and better yet, his fathers name on it! Disgusting! Yes, we are most likey going to have to sue the dealership to get our keys!
