I was shopping at your store in Pittsburg PA. I had two loaves of bread. The total had come to 5.09. I paid the cashier with a $20 bill. The cashier gave me $15 in change. My ten year old son wanted to buy some candy from the candy machine. I had no quarters in my...

Really, you think a greeter is going to remember everyone that comes into the store? With the number of people in and out of the store, it's ridiculous to think someone is going to remember who came in with who, who left with who, etc.

When there is a lost child, a Code Adam is called....employees begin looking around their areas for a child matching the description that is being paged. They used to lock the front doors, but that I believe is no longer done....instead, the doors are watched for anyone matching the child's description. And you think someone is going to know the relationship between you and the child? Did they call out it was your niece missing (I've never been in one where the relationship between the child and the person reporting the lost child has been made over the paging system)?

And besides, not everyone may have heard all of the page...or even remembered all of it.

They'd be concentrating on the description being given. Ultimately, it's your responsiblity to watch a child that's with you....not the store's responsibility.

Mcdonalds

First before you judge me. Let me tell you one thing. I used to work for Mcdonalds. Here is my story. I at a hospital as a registered nurse. Your restaurant is five miles from my work place. During my lunch break I found out that I forgot to take my fork along. I went across the street to ask for a fork. I have forgotton to pack my fork a few times and there was no problem. This time however I was told that they charge 3 cents for a fork. I asked them why there was a charge they said that they were told that they were no longer allowed to give out forks for free. I told them this is ridiculous. I asked them if they would charge 3 cents extra if I ordered a salad. They said that the forks were for customers only and that they come with salads and if I ordered food from them that they would give me a fork if it comes with the food. At the most they would give me a fork to eat fries. Why should I waste money on them when I already have my own food at work. I want to know why I am being discrimated against. Why should only salad eaters get forks. I kept telling them how wrong and ridiculous they were being. I used to work at Mcdonalds and they make billions a year why should the charge me for a fork. They would not give in to me until I argued with them. Finally I asked to speak to a manager. He too was being ridicuolus and refused to give me a fork. Because of your ridiculous employees I had to rush to finish my food and could not enjoy my meal. I had heated it in the microwave and it got cold by the time I reached my work place. My food was cold and rushed. This incidient happened last Wednesday. Today again I forgot my fork and drove over to ther restaurant. Not wanting to deal with low paid idiots again and having to rush my lunch I paid the three cents they asked for. Here is what you should do to make me satisfied. First of all at $4 a gallon for gas I feel that I should get a gift card for the gas I wasted going to and from your restaurant (two trips back and forth, Wednesday September 10th and Tuedsay September 16th. I would also like the three cents for the fork back because it is ridiculous for them to charge for forks. Finally it would not hurt you to give me free coupons to tempt me to go back to your restaurant. I am a registered nurse and I feel that I am being discrimated against because of my job because these minimum waged employees are jealous of my successful life.

A registered nurse who makes all that money and is going to have a stroke to give up three cents, either you're a tightwad or a Jew... chopsticks are only one penny a piece or use a tree branch for free,by the way, fork off, fork you and go fork yourself

#357210

your complaints are meaningless and pittyful...

mcdonalds owes you no gas, because YOU forgot YOUR fork, mcdonalds has to pay for them so should you, ohh yeah and by the way, all that trouble for 3 cents, gett a life, and ^^ i agree, god help the person that is your patient in that hospital, can you tell me wich hospital you work at so i can avoid it at ALL COSTSS!!!

#327846

listen here you ***. i love how you're smart enough to be a registered nurse however too *** to walk downstairs and get a g*d *** fork from your employee's cafeteria..

FYI, I'm a twelve year old boy and apparently smarter than you. I'm frightened to think that you're handling life and death situations on a daily basis..

#326084

The thing i don't get is that if you are so sucessful then why can't you pay for a three cent fork? javascript:ac_smilie(':roll')If your that unwanting to pay three cents then why don't you remember your own fork from home? Or better yet, go to your hospital cafeteriajavascript:ac_smilie(':zzz')

#306192

So glad that someone who makes a good living picks on the little people who work minimum wage to make ends meet and students. If you do not want to pay 3cents then don't forget your fork or use your fingers. You can always wash your hands when you are done.

#304685

what part of nothing in life is free..LMAO..come on..u think mcdonalds gets thier forks for free, no they have to pay for too..Hello its a buisness to make money..haha this cracked me up

#304679

As I have been saying to everyone who complains about the policies put in place...

It is up the the franchise owners to charge for items. If it cost them money they have a right to charge for it. If you have the problem, don't go there. You work at a *** hospital! Do they not have a cafeteria? Were they out of forks for some strange reason that you had to drive a while five miles to get a fork?

I swear people who have these complaints make me laugh, and would argue with a stop sign if they could.

Next time make sure you have your fork, better yet, put it in a place where you won't forget it, like your purse, clutch or in your desk or drawer in the employee lounge. My goodness. All this tizzy over a a 3 cent fork. Ridiculous.

#301562

Are you serious? YOU forgot your fork & refuse to pay 3 cents to purchase one; and YOU'RE mad at McDonalds?

#202150

You couldn't walk to the cafeteria in the hospital you supposedly work at? Why must McDonalds pay for your gas because you think they owe you cutlery because you're to scatter brained to pack it.

Hope you don't forget someone's I.V.

or fluids... that would probably be their fault though, not yours.

#136057

and your a nurse if u can't remember a fork how u gonna remember *** at work, god help the people there. p.s.

so if i stop by the hospital you'll give me a asprin for free. right...

KFC - Did not provide extra plates

On Saturday, September 13, 2008, around 5:40pm I went to your Pittsberg, PA, KFC. I ordered two baskets of chicken (32 pieces) for a get together with my friends. When I asked for 20 plates I was advised that the plates were typically for eat-in customers only. When I asked why they were discriminating against people who take out I was told they are always running short on plates but he would ask his manager if I would like. When the manager told the cashier I could only have 10 (and she was doing me a favor at 10), I then asked to see her. Evidently a shift manager, told me that her manager would not let her give out more. She suggest that if I wanted anymore plates that she would charge me five cents per plate. So, with 32 pieces of chicken and 20 friends coming over I had to be late to my own party because KFC refused to accommodate a reasonable request by a customer. The other people in line as well as my party guests (about 25 people total) also thought this was poor customer satisfaction. I worked at Mcdonalds when I was in college. I understand what customer service is all about. This definately was not customer service. To make a long story short the manager asked me. (A well respected nurse) to leave the store. I had to go to another store to buy paper plates. I think KFC should give me coupons to tempt me to go back to the restaurant and comp me for the money I wasted on paper plates at Wal-mart ($4.77)when they clearly discrimated against me for being a take out customer. There were 250 plates and only 1/10 of them were used the rest were wasted. I had to throw them out and they cost money for me to buy.

Gee - Try dozens of restaurants in the past six months that she has discovered the site. She wrote more than two letters, all demanding some sort of refund, (giftcard, coupons,) and all telling about how she is a registered nurse and better than everyone else.

I have a feeling that she or he is just some troll writing all these replies just to see how people reply. Than to add more twist to their game the then go to every letter that they write and say that they did not write this letter/comment.

#35687

KFC does not provide place settings for parties and get-togethers. Last time I checked it was a fast food restaurant not a caterer.

I suppose you don't have dishes at home or they don't sell paper plates in the stores?

Oh and for future reference there's no "e" in Pittsburgh. :upset

You are such a ***. Maybe you should stop going to WalMart, since you have so many problems with them.

How many *** times have you posted about being "discriminated against", or whatever, and wanting $100's in gift cards for your 'trouble'? And no one cares that you're a nurse, so shut the *** up.

Walmart - Interfering with Education of ten year old boy and nine year old girl.

This summer during the school holidays I bough a Nintendo Wii for my nine year old daughter and ten year old son. First of all they sold me games for teens which. When I tried to return them they gave me a hard time because the game was opened. I understand that people make copies off these games and that there is a strict return policy. However here is a few details about me. I am white, and I am a registered nurse and I am female. Now If I were a black teenaged boy or man I could undertand if they were suspicious because most crimes are commited by black males between the ages of 15-29. However I am older than 29. I have a degree in nursing and would never do anything illegal. Here is my story. I tried to return the Nintendo Wii and they told me that I cannot return electroinc merchandise. I told them that my children were not concentrating on their school work and I was return the game system for that. I had purchased over $300 games for them. When they returned to school I was hoping that they would concentrate on their homework before doing anything else. However things did not work out th way I wanted. Now before anyone can judge me on my discipling my children I have disciplined them. When my son got back a math test with only 85 percent I told him that he was ***. He had missed easy questions. My daughter did poorly on a spelling test. I let her know how disappointed I was and told her she could not visit her father whom I am seperated from. Her father is a deadbeat dad and it would be best if she did not see him this weekend. Needless to say the courts said I cannot keep him. (a deadbeat dad who starves his children) from seeing his children. Then when I found them playing on the Wii instead of doing their homework I hit them with a tree branch leaving welts on their backside to remind them of what they should do first. Now back to my complaint. I tried returning all the games and the game system. Since I did not have the receipt with me I could only get store credit. I tried arguing an incompetient, manager, CSM, and sales person and still only got $140. I looked around the store and lost the $140 gift card. I let the manager know that I lost the gift card and he refused to replace it even though I only got it a few minute ago. I bet some black stole it and instead of returning it like he should he kept it for himself. I would like my gift card replaced. I would also like to get cash for the $140 that was swipped from me and to make up for the poor treatment I recieved I feel that out of a good gesture I should get a $500 gift card along with the $140 I was cheated out of. That makes $640 in total. Also I should be able to return the other games and the game system as it is interfering with my children's education. Nintendo Wii's are very rare to get and someone with better children could buy one. Again there is nothing wrong with my children. They get these bad habits from my lazy *** ex whom I hope to cut off all contact with so that I can raise them myself.

#107392

Your first couple of posts were a lot more believable. This one makes it more than obvious that you're some *** who is making everything up to get some attention on a message board.

Like I said before, I was pretty impressed with your first couple of rants (one about the rating on the video game and the other one regarding being asked for a receipt by the greeter).

Those were just believable enough for most people to give you the attention you craved but this one is way over the top. You're losing your touch there...

#62099

What a retard!

#46907

Get a life, retard. If you seriously are a nurse, you need lots of mental help.

#39380

Actually Andie, I am thinking of posting this on a few websites to see what I can do to track this woman down. Some sites that may be helpful are the America's Most Wanted forums. They know best what to do.

#39378

Sorry to get your name wrong Andie, I was on the second page when I wrote this and your comment was not there and I was too lazy to check the correct spelling of your name.

#39377

Thank you Andre, it is funny how a 13 year old, even a ten year old (Zachary) have more common sense than this woman, and you are right it is wrong to call a child any name. It is even wrong to hit a child other than spanking to correct their behaviour.

However I have a feeling that this woman is just out to make complaints in hopes of getting something in return and she is using her children to do so. I wish I could find out where this woman lives and report her to social services.

#38112

Oh and btw, im 13 and i bet i could raise a kid better than you!!!! I feel sorry for your kids, it will probably be the happiest day of their lives when they get taken by child protective services!!!!!! Hopefully they find out!

#38111

I have read your other stories. I feel like you are a sociapath and you really need some help or need to be put in jail then beaten!

Im really glad this site doesnt let people know who you are and this is the reason why....people like myself would track you down and beat the holy *** out of you!!!!

actually you would probably be dead. Plus you have probably screwed your childrens head up enbough that they would be better off HOMELESS on the streets

If you want to *** and moan about a commercial, call the corporate office or the people of the advertising team. The manager of your local Wendy's can't do anything about that.

What did you expect the manager to do? Take the commercial off the TV himself?
