Yeah Linksys sucks. Everytime I called Linksys tech support while still under warranty I would get some Indian on the phone who couldn't help me and I would get transferred around. I know it was my router that was not working. They would refuse to deal with me because I was also a Mac user so now I use an Apple Base Station with no problems.

Dollar General is still in business because its unique pluses outweigh its horrible service and environment, but just barely. They are small and easy to navigate, product quality and selection are generally acceptable, prices are generally good, they are in neighborhoods that don't have access to other discount stores, etc.
Either you're illiterate or too dumb to understand the instructions that appear on the self checkout screens. Even a five year old can figure out how to use self checkout. Also why mention you have used self checkout before and then mention you waited 10 minutes to get assistance on how to use it? Contradict yourself much ***?

I agree with former Radio Shack emloyee. I am also a former Radio Shack employee. We were told to upsell on each item. Meaning we were expect to forcefully offer batteries to each item that required them and the necessary add ons needed for all other items. We were told to be forceful in trying to encourage to customers to buy all necessary addons and warranties for each item sold. It is what I call high pressure sales tactics. I hated them and thats why I left there.

EVERY store offers a return policy with a set number of days. Beyond that EVERY store lets you know it is then on YOU the consumer to contact the manufacturer if the item breaks. Most stores print the return policy near the bottom of the receipt.
ALL hotels especially the chain hotels have a 24 hr cancellation policy and a 48 hr cancellation policy during busy tourist seasons in high tourist areas. They do this so that someone cannot cancel minutes before their reservation or simply just not showing up causing them to possibly miss out on another customer for that room. That is common sense.
Next time you may want to pay attention to the WHOLE screen before making any significant changes like this. Thats YOUR fault for changing YOUR plan. I just love how people always look for scapegoats for their screwups.
