It seems every company is outsourcing to India these days because of the cheaper lablor. They work 8 hrs a day for 25 cents an hour and a bathroom break. How sad is it that you have to call a company's customer service line to verify they're American before you buy their product.

Return the furniture you have received and get a refund and then go to a store where you're treated like a real customer and not just another sale. Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes.

The Roomstore is a complete joke. I bought a recliner from them on 9/17/11 and was told it was on backorder and would in stock by the end of September. Well every week I called and every I was given a different delivery date ranging from the middle of October to the end of January or longer. I didn't buy a recliner to have to wait 6+ months to receive it. I finally went back to the Columbia, MD store and got a refund on my recliner. I was told at the time of my refund by the store manager that the Roomstore that all furniture made by Franklin such as my recliner were on back order and they have no ETA on delivery times and it could be 6 months or more. I would get a refund like I did and go somewhere else.
