Yet again the customer is wrong. You made two payments late not long after you signed the contract. You cannot use laziness or ignorance as an excuse as to why you paid your payments late. That right there shows you're irresponsible.

You only get tracking with the USS when you ship using their Express Mail service because it has a guaranteed delivery date and time. Since their other services don't offer that they're not trackable. Don't cry about something that is clearly listed on their website.

Well put Pulltype. They reserve the right to decline any check because if they're liable to cover the payment if the check bounces. If they have the smallest feeling it may bounce then they decline the check.

I had a similar experience at The Roomstore. But luckily after waiting 2 months and not receiving my furniture and being given multiple lies as to when it would be in I finally got a refund from them. I would stay away from them. They're less expensive than Ashley's but just as sh**ty.

I worked for a tech support call center a quite a few years back and was laid off when they decided to outsource our jobs to India because their workers were willing to work for 1/4 the pay. You get what you pay for.

I can totally agree with you about how terrible the Roomstore is. I bought a recliner on 9/17/11 and was told it was on backorder and would be in by the end of September. End of September I didn't get a call so I called to find out it was still on backorder and would be in by mid October. Mid October I didn't get a call so I called again and was told it was still on backorder and would not be in till mid to late November. I then spoke to the store manager who offered the floor model or a refund. I went in to the store to get a refund because I didn't want used furniture. Upon getting my refund the store manager told made all the furniture sold made by my chair manufacturer Franklin was out of stock and they had no clue when they'd get any furniture by Franklin in stock. Terrible company with beyond awful customer service. They treat like just another sale instead of a customer. Shop elsewhere.
