Absolute Pest Control doesn't honor their warranty and tries to double collect

I made the mistake of using Absolute Pest Control in the Albany, NY area. They were supposed to come back and apply subsequent treatments, but we had to call them multiple times to do so. The bugs returned, but they didn't. To add insult to injury, they claimed we didn't pay and sent us to collections, EVEN THOUGH I PROVIDED THEM WITH COPIES OF THE CANCELLED CHECKS!! Their record keeping is as poor as their bug removal. My wife called and requested to speak with the owner, but he's out trying to sell to more poor, unsuspecting souls, and won't return our phone call. The person we spoke to, admits that our account shows we don't owe any money, but he can't remove us from the collections list. Although he didn't say it outright, it appears we're not the first customer they've done this to. Don't use them!!!
