Massage Envy - Dissappointment member

I have just had an upsetting phone call from the manager (Maggie) of your North Station, Boston MA location. I called the corporate customer service line in the hopes that I could speak with someone, but was instead instructed to leave a voice mail or send an email. very frustrating all around. as a loyal member of 4 years, I can not begin to tell you how disappointed I am in the customer service, and overall expericce with your company. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere, to where I am appreciated as a customer and treated as such.
