I ordered my an official copy of my birth certificate from what I assumed to be the proper channel. There was a $60 charge associated which I was totally fine with, as I needed this document to receive a drivers license in my new city. I waited. And waited. And waited....

Ordered BC for my brother 4/28/21 and nothing for months as we shot right by the original delivery date. Waited on hold for more than an hour before someone picked up and says they are not a scam and have been facing ridiculous COVID-related delays.

She promised to check in with NYS again.

10 days later, the birth certificate was delivered from NY to FL. Worked for us!
