Sofi Thousand Oaks - Poor customer service

The service has gotten even worse. Leaf blower now in parking area blowing leaves next to cars and walking in-between cars.

Car was damaged while it was left in my parking space when I went out of town.Now service requests are being sent back as done when they are not done. This property is ridiculous and I can't wait to move.

Where to start with this place! Customer Service office - I was shown a remodeled unit downstairs and told the upstairs unit would look just like that but with carpet. Like a fool I pre-lease. After I sign the lease and go look at the unit it is run down with vinyl flooring in bathroom and kitchen instead of hardwood. Closet doors off hinges. Filthy dishwasher filled with water. Blinds on the balcony door impossible to move I can keep going how bad this was. When I call to check in on all of these things that need to be taken care of the leasing agent Georgina who is no longer there gets belligerent and starts yelling at me that I am treating her like a child. I try to get out of the lease and am told that it's a binding contract I can do the 30 day move out if I don't like it there. (Yeah pay movers twice). Safety and covid - Multiple times their vendors that work on the property don't have masks on. I've also filed a complaint that one of their staff wasn't wearing a mask and walking up to people's doors posting notices. A vendor was up on my balcony cleaning debris that they got all over the place when cleaning gutters (ruining my plants and chair) no mask trying to talk to me through the balcony door. Their doors are not weather stripped so it's a concern. Just today a vendor is in my unit that works for them with their mask around their face only. These people are putting tenants life in danger it's unacceptable. This place is so run down that since moving I have macitence in my unit almost weekly. They do a Micky mouse job and don't have professional vendors so they keep coming back because nothing is fixed correctly. A dishwasher was swapped out and they flooded my floor because it was installed incorrectly. They were difficult to deal with and it took them all day after much stress and multiple calls on my end. Taking me out of my day and adding stress to a already hectic workday. I'd rate their ability to get things done a zero. Plan on calling multiple times they don't answer phones half the time. Parking - leaves everywhere. Don't even bother washing your car if you live here it will get dirty soon as you wash it and leave it parked overnight. Utilities - Astronomical and not worth the money for what type of place this is. I mean we are talking close to 200 hundred dollars a month. Church across the street - Do you enjoy sleeping in? Not going to happen unless you can sleep through a mega phone service and guitar playing across the street. It's like it's in your house and this happens every sat/sun something 8 am. I think this is something management should have disclosed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Poorly run on all fronts.

Salon Republic - Unskilled hairdresser that botched a bob

The hair dresser I went to in this place totally botched a bob. I thought this is the first thing they teach in beauty school. She didn't listen to what I asked for and cut my hair in a slant. When I went back to have her fix it she messed up the back leaving it longer. The dresser also was extremely abrasive and unprofessional. Will never be going back obviously. I mean I still can't believe they can't cut a bob in this place. How bad can you be at your job and definitely should not be cutting hair. Stay far away from this place.

Superdry - Site malfunctioned and they refuse to change shipping address

This brand is ridiculous. I ordered something online. I know for a fact I entered the correct addy. I get my confirmation and it's a completely wrong address. I contact them 3 minutes later. They don't get back to me until the next day and I find out they can't change the address. So I am expected to pay for something that I will never receive. Horrific customer service. Now I have to dispute with my credit company since I will not be receiving this item.

LA Express Car Wash - Hubcap ripped off entering car wash

WARNING! Rim fell off during their wash. This place is unsafe. The attendant guided me in the wrong direction and the rim fell off my car. He was kicking it to get it back on, which is insane. I get home and realize the rim was completely off my car. I will not be going back, and if any damage has been done to the wheel or Axel a lawsuit will be filed against them. There is also another review on here with rim damage. Also the attendant was not wearing a mask. Horrible car wash. Having rims fall of is unacceptable and they are fully liable. Obviously never going back.

Avalon Communities - Avalon Woodland Hills - lame

Lots of smoking going on in this property. The signs they post are useless. Cigarette butts galore. Trash area looks like the city dump. Trash is not only outside bins, but piled up all over the place. Private notices are plastered to the front door. Leasing office - Daniel is rude, condescending, and doesn't take care of issues. I pay way too much money to have to deal with this. Oh and paper thin walls.
