Primus Telecommunications - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was moved to Primus by Rogers because of some upgrading they had to do and did not include my community. :( I decided to try it out, but the service is HORRIBLE. When I use it for long distance, it kept disconnecting and I had to redial several times. When I decided to switch to another company, they dinged me with a cancellation fee! Ridiculous after such POOR service! Then they send me a bill even after I have moved already, so I call and told them I was not paying for this as I was already with another company. Well, guess what, he says my line was still connected to them "for some odd reason" and he will put in an investigation report. Then I call long distance and still experience the cuts during my calls...they have not yet disconnected me. And I try to call their support team, "they are having technical difficulties" with their customer support lines. Yeah right! Don't go to Primus or it will be an experience from ***!
