Burpee Seeds And Plants - NO Customer Service!
I wish I could give Burpee NO stars at all. I ordered a couple of packets of seeds on 5/15/21. I contacted them on 5/28 to try to find out why my order hadn't arrived. They never responded. So, it's now June 2nd, and I still have not heard from Burpee nor have the seeds arrived.

User's recommendation: Don't Use Burpee -- They are unresponsive!

GreatCall - Really Bad

I've now had a Jitterbug Flip phone for a little over two weeks. GreatCall is the only option for this phone -- unfortunately. First of all, they advertise (and this is a quote directly from their website): Call waiting, Caller ID, long distance and roaming included in your plan." However, as far as I can tell, I have neither call waiting NOR caller ID. When asked about these two items, their Customer service seemed clueless. The "Settings" menu is pretty useless, with only being able to modify the color scheme of the screen and the ringtones. I had to call GreatCall's customer service to get texting disabled. And beware -- Voicemail is NOT included in any of their plans. If you want voicemail, you have to pay for it -- it is an 'add on'. I also had to call regarding call blocking. Again, unfortunately, the phone doesn't give you the capability to block calls, and GreatCall doesn't even HAVE that option for you to purchase.
