It is also strange that an 11 floor building in middle of the city shuts down their elevator at check out time, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm? I think they were trying to save money at their customer's inconvenience.

We carried 6 bags down 7 flights of stairs only to find we could not exit the bottom floor but had to come back to 2nd floor to leave the building. Thank you US based Marriott!

Sears online purchase "Available for Pick Up", NOT!!!

Surprise, surprise! If you go online to purchase an item that shows it is currently available for Pick up, you will be unpleasantly suprprised to find that they then are shipping it 2-day shipping to your local store for pick up. Sears basically tricks you into a purchase that is not available for pick up by telling you that it is. Then I telephone their customer service, which Sears sends their customer service overseas so that you are speaking with a foreigner who does not fully understand. I get him to agree to cancel in 3 days once it arrives at the local store, he can't send me a cancellation email and then hangs up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor in the US. I am done with Sears! They are dishonest, they send US jobs overseas, and get away with hanging up on you when you want assistance. My order number is 97639****.

International Coins And Currency - Rude employees and technology challenged website/payment system

Ordering online from International Coin & Currency in Montpelier, VT is challenging at best. The first order you place, they warn you "here is your invoice but we do not guarantee your order as we need to ...", I call them and this I have worked things out for my $36 order. Now, second $36 order and the online system mixes up the last orders shipping address with the current billing address, so I telephone them. I get Monica who I found very repetitive and condescending. Their mistake, and I hear from her: your address must match your card (I KNOW THIS), where are you sending this (NO PROBLEM THERE), etc. until I just want to throw in the towel. Got off the phone very dissatisfied so I called back and asked for a manager. I got manager, Christine. She says to me, "I am sitting right next to Monica and she did a good job and I support her". I said thank you, please cancel my order. There are numerous eBay coin companies that have a 100% happy customer rate for the same or lower prices without this companies inflated sense of themselves. I used them instead.

*** unstable FedEx Express Delivery man

Our FedEx Express driver is off (ie *** He comes to the door whistling and laughing to get my dogs barking and then laughs away. I ask him to please stop and he laughs, while cupping his hand to his ears (ie he can't hear me because the dogs are barking), then he laughs again. He has complained to my husband and I that he has to walk 10 feet across dirt rather than gravel at my house (he yelled this into the window one time) and complains that he has had to drive over dog *** and it gets on his wheels and he smells it all day. I have complained to the 800 number but the local Santa Fe office does nothing. I have requested for them to hold my mail and I will pick it up (30 min each way to pick up). The 800 folks can't even seem to ensure their unstable employee is not on my property. Welcome to Santa Fe (the down side of living here). Use UPS whenever possible, they get it right and are friendly.

I requested new home phone service with CenturyLink. I was quoted an install fee of $30 plus the cost of services. I previously had service with Quest (now CenturyLink) so my home had no issues with the wiring. I told the CenturyLink service man where the outside box was for turning on phone service. He said he did not need to work at the outside box. He proceeded to go from room to room and took off the phone jack covers. Again, I said that I thought he was supposed to go to the outside box to turn on the phone service to the house. He then made his first visit to the outside box to turn on phone service. At no time did I give him permission to do additional work that I would be charged for. He did not tell me there were additional charges for removing the jack covers. When finished I signed a small, hand-held computer screen. It did not show any charges on the hand held device and he did not tell me of any charges. I received the first bill with the surprise $160 charge on April 26th and last week I started receiving daily collection calls on both my home and cell phone (today is May 22nd), so this is less than 30 days. Bills are not even due yet. ANYWAY, SUGGESTIONS FOR YOU MANY, MANY CENTURYLINK UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS: Go to this website - http://www.fcc.gov/complaints They regulate companies like CenturyLink and real them in when they become abusive to the cutomers that have no choice but to use them. The more complaints the FCC receives the more likely CenturyLink will have to adopt practices that are not abusive to their customers.

Hi, I sincerely hope your issue gets resolved fast! I'm stuck resolving my credit card battle with them without any luck.

Reason I am commenting is because their delivery SUCKS! They were supposed to send me a check in April - no sign of it yet.

I requested a zero balance report be faxed to me yesterday afternoon - the automated system said it would be done in an hour and no sign of it yet.

If I were you I would return it ASAP any way you can - Bloomingdale's is quick to report you or find any teeny, tiny excuse not to help you out.

They sent me the wrong swimsuit, the wrong color, and the wrong size. I returned the swimsuit and cancelled via letter and via telephone. Now they want to charge my credit card with $42 for shipping. Buyers beware of this company. They are terrible with service and snakes with mischarges. I have had to contact my credit card company to resolve this. This company is not a good company to do business with. I have spent since June dealing with trying to resolve this issue and they keep telling me they will help but nothing gets done on their end.
