Tidy - Canceled on us FOUR times in a row.

ONCE AGAIN, Tidy has canceled on us. This is FOUR cleaners in a row. I don't see how they stay in business. Their response: "put in back up times for other cleaners to respond"-- we did, THEY CANCELED TOO. We expect a company like Tidy to use responsible professionals who won't waste the customer's time. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE.

User's recommendation: Don't waste your time. They may or may not show.

Subway - Cussed Out By the Owner!

Subway in Rosemead, CA (On Rosemead Blvd). A new employee accidentally double charged me for my meal (no big deal), which I didn't notice until I got home. I went to the website and requested a refund of the over-charge. I get a call today from "Doji" who claimed to be a Subway Customer Service Rep. I explained what happened and he basically called me a liar and told me I have to bring printed out receipts to the store. I explain that it's across town and would cost more in gas than the refund and since it's their mistake, they should accommodate. He proceeds to tell me to go *** myself... TWICE. I kept his number and called Subway HQ who tracked the phone # and informed me that I had not been talking to Customer Service, but the FRANCHISE OWNER! HA! They easily looked at the sales record from his store and immediately determinned I had been double charged -- literally took the REAL Service Rep 2 minutes to verify and rectify the over-charge. Too much to ask from "Doji," I guess. Avoid this place... horrible service and the owner doesn't value his customers. Not to mention, he's a coward who's only tough over the phone. I got your number, "Doji"! ;)

That's what's good about paying in cash. You would have noticed that you were being double-charged right away, before you had actually handed over any money.
