The Hartford - Still Waiting over 3 weeks for Hartford Insurance Claims adjuster to look at my car.
Over three weeks ago an employee of mine backed into my 2010 Toyota Prius while it was parked in our company parking lot. It is now over 3 weeks and the dam Hartford Insurance claims adjuster still has not come to see the car. It is still as it was three weeks ago at the body shop. This is very poor service. And because of the Hurricane I could not find any rental cars. They say maybe tomorrow they will come to see the car. Well all I know is that I am still paying the $465 a month payment and I have no car and no rental either. This is not acceptable. Just letting everyone know. Maybe its because of the Hurricane or maybe its just Hartford has too few adjusters on their staff to cover damages. All I know is that I don't have my car. Now this may seem like a small inconvenience compared to many other peoples problems from the hurricane. But never the less three weeks is not acceptable time to not see an adjuster look at the car.

I started the New York Safety Council Course last night. When you start the course it asks you several security questions that you have to answer several times throughout the course. Also it has you type a phrase like: "Hi my name is ****************" nine times. Several times last night it asked me to type this phrase which I did ok. Several times it asked me to answer the questions I had already chosen when I signed up for the on line course. And a few times the computer refused to move forward and came up with error on the screen. Last night I was fortunate that the program repaired itself and continued the course for 3 hours of my time. Tonight I need to complete the last two sections of this On Line Traffic Safety Course. I started through about 8 pages and then it came and said loading with an error statement on top. I tried to move back and forth and it did not clear and then it just locked me out. I had only 8 days left to complete this course. I needed to finish it over the weekend which now I cannot do. I called the telephone number with the program and got a recording that the systems are down for another 3 days. I only have the weekend time to complete this course or I loose my $34.50 payment. I do not have time on Monday to complete this course. So I called my credit card company and asked for a refund. May I suggest that you do not waste your time with this on line course. Just take the 6 hours course locally from your drivers school, church or some other organization. These on line courses have lots of glitches and usually you cannot complete the course without getting locked out for no good reason at all. A few years ago another course I tried to take on line used telephone voice recognition and the same thing happened. I spoke in my normal voice when it asked to recognize me and I was locked out. Buyer beware. I wasted 3 hours of my time last night on this course and was charged $34.50 on my credit card. Should have just gone to a local school to take this course to get the savings on my car insurance policy.

Wikipedia Information not always accurate!

For several years Wikipedia was posting information about my dental company that was incomplete and misleading to customers. When I contacted Wikipedia they told me that anyone can post to their website about any subject regardless of whether they are qualified or not to talk about this subject.
I told them this can be very damaging to companies to have erroneous information on their encyclopedia posted by unqualified people. We proceeded to re-educate the public by posting the correct information on Wikipedia about our products and how to repair it. Wikipedia stated we had only one type of thermoplastic when in fact we had 5 different thermoplastics. Each thermoplastic has different properties for different applications. Wikipedia said our thermoplastics were not repairable when in fact we have special procedures for each of our thermoplastics to be repaired by the dentist and by the dental lab. So the information they had posted was incorrect.
My dad, started our dental company over 49 years ago and pioneered the thermoplastic industry for dentistry. And to this day hundreds of companies have copied Flexite and been trained by Flexite about thermoplastics for dentistry. Our Flexite Company was greatly harmed by misleading information on Wikipedia for many years. This incorrect information was first posted over 5 years ago. I recently found this article and made the corrections but now Wikipedia has erased it from their website. I believe Wikipedia owes us an appology and should now allow us to post the correct facts about Flexite on their encyclopedia. Wikipedia had incorrect information on their website for over 5 years which was harmful to our company. Flexite is a very safe product, world recognized for quality for over 49 years. FDA Type II registered, Safety and Leaching Tested at Johns Hopkins University, Endorsed by Clifford Allergy Institute and ISO9001 certified. Wikepedia said they do not allow posting of accurate information by the source. That is fine but then when someone posts something incorrect about a company Wikipedia should allow the company to respond and post the accurate information.
You would not ask Post Cereal about a Kelloggs product. You would not go to Toyota to get accurate information about a GM Car. I want everyone to know that when they read something on Wikipedia it is not always correct. This is just opinions of different people and these people do not even have to be qualified to write for Wikipedia. And that in my book is a big credibility problem. Don\'t believe what you read on Wikipedia. Always checkout another more accurate source.

APlus Net - Poor webhosting support at Aplus.net
Every since Aplus.net took over Cedent.com my web hosting has been a disaster. Aplus.net says they support Microsoft Front Page software which I used for my company website. For the last year or two in order to download and update my website I had to go into the Aplus.net Front Page extension and unload the file and then load the file again for Front Page. Then I could get a download once. Each time I needed to download I have to do this unnecessary procedure. Now starting two days ago the Front Page extention does not load at all. So I cannot upload my revisions for my website. I contacted APlus.net and so far no one seems to care or take care of this problem for me. I have spent days working around problems that this web host provider has with Front Page over the last few years. It's rediculous. And now I am locked out completely. Everyone I speak to blames some one else who is suppose to remedy the problem for me. And I can never talk to someone who has the proper knowledge to help. I am changing webhosting to GoDaddy.com I spoke to their 24/7 tech support and they have no problem with Front Page websites on their servers. I have several domain names and links with Aplus.net and I am transferring everything to GoDaddy.com PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO APLUS.NET THEY- SIMPLY PUT- STINK. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. APLUS.NET DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ME AND MY BUSINESS. TOO BIG TO FAIL I GUESS!

Crowne Plaza - Crown Plaza Hotel on Spring Street by Newark Airport is a Rude and Uncaring Hotel
Is is apparent that the Crown Plaza Hotel management does not care about their customers. I called the Crown Plaza direct telephone number and made a reservation for December 18, 2011, a Saturday evening. I turned the keys into the desk on Sunday when I left. I asked for email confirmation for the one night stay which I got promptly to my email address. It showed correctly my one night stay at the hotel. I continued to received on my credit card two more additional night fees. I called the hotel a manager named Lawrence told me that I made two more reservations and that there was a no show for two additional nights. I explained to Lawrence that this was an error on the hotels part and that I had only one night reservation and I was sent a written confirmation to my email for only one night. I have this piece of paper. Lawrence was no yielding and continued to tell me that there is nothing he can do that I definately made the extra night reservations. This was really nasty and unnecessary for me. The hotel would not acknowledge that they made a mistake and they now are making me file a protest with my credit card company. They are making me waste more of my time. So being they are so nice, I will also file complaints to the New Jersey attorney generals office and also I will call my friends in the media to see what additional publicity we can give to this hotel. It is a shame, because the hotel is actually a very lovely hotel and I stayed at this hotel last June on my way to China. Now I will tell everyone that management is not friendly and I will no longer stay at this Crown Plaza Hotel on Spring Street by Newark Airport. I expected a nicer and more accomodating response, but unfortunately the hotel is so hard up for revenue that they are now making hotel reservations for additional nights stay and billing people for the rooms. Crown Plaza Hotel- You suck! Big Time!

No More Service At Verizon Stores- Not Good
The reason I paid more for Verizon was because of the service. This past Saturday my 3 month old Motorla Droid Global 2 phone died. Not the battery. I use the phone for business night and day. I needed another phone ASAP and I was told that if I pay overnight FEDEX shipping I can have another phone by Tuesday. No phone for Sat night, Sunday, Monday until sometime Tuesday. Yes I can get another phone immediately at the store if I want to pay for another new phone. This is not what I consider good service any more. It appears why American companies are going to *** is because American companies are starting to offer less and less good service. Yes- America is becoming a second world country. If you are super wealthy you can just purchase another spare phone. Everyone else goes down the tube and has to wait. I will loose busines contacts during the day tomorrow and this sucks. I actually will probably have to purchase another spare phone now, knowing that Verizon no longer offers store service. I own Verizon stock too and you know what. I will sell it tomorrow at the open of trading. I don't like the way they do business now.

Hal Abramson at Global Dental Solutions contacted their web host provider and internet people today to remedy the situation. They removed all keywords relating to Flexite.
