Fashionmia - Poor quality, refund not received
Items were returned due to POOR quality and wrong size. Received email from Anna Shen of customer service on April 3, 2019 advising that refund is under process (will take 15-20 days to process) up to this date, I have not received the refund, emailed today to follow up, email bounced back saying email not valid. Please advise.
