I ordered a 55" TV Nov. 20 It was dispatched Nov. 22 However a 50" arrived ... how they screwed this up I'll never know. I refused delivery and it was returned. Next day Kogan called at 7:30 am and promised to send a replacement. Since then nothing - you can't speak to them nor will that answer on email. My order status showed returned. Now it's reverted to dispatched 22 Nov. ... why? They continue to advertise the same model at the price I paid some 6 day later ... so it's not a stock issue. What are you doing Kogan? Oh well time to go to fair trading Update Kogan called ... same old same old Thanks for your time over the phone. Again, I truly apologise for this less-than-ideal experience, this is certainly not satisfactory but I do hope that in the future we do prove ourselves and go above and beyond your needs. As advised, I have made a follow-up on your replacement and it is now in the final stages of being processed by our warehouse and is expected to be on its way to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will be sent a dispatch email with tracking information and courier details. I sincerely apologise for the delay and the inconvenience it may have caused, your patience and understanding have been much appreciated. In addition to this, I have raised this issue for review by our senior team and will get back to you as soon as possible. Rest assured we will do everything possible to resolve the matter for you fully and appropriately and we will get in contact with an update as soon as it is available. Kindest regards, [name withheld] Customer Care Team So not a cracker of genuine info ... just a pathetic template email In the course of the last long conversation the agent did let it slip that they did not have stock of this unit. I pointed out that may contravene the ACL given they've been "push" advertising everyday since the 22nd (screen shots retained) Oh what a tangled web we weave, when at first we practice to deceive Update 29 Nov. Nothing Gutless manager has not called as promised No TV No communications Clear they do not have stock of the products they push market
