RedRiver Health and Wellness Center - Appalled

Its a scam. A Chiropractor who tries to pretend to be endocrinologist and never met me in person.

I only had two phone appointments with the so called doctor, which I had to pay for up front at the time they were scheduled and they were quite pricey. Once they have all your blood work result, theyll hit you with their zinger (or snake oil sales pitch) and want all fees ($5000) for six months, up front! They DO NOT accept payments for service, at the time of the service That should be the BIG RED FLAG! You read that correctly, a medical office who will not accept payments at the time of service, only six months upfront, and you do not receive a written contract, or anything for that matter detailing their so called plan.

Ive seen some bad medical professionals in the past, but this this is truly disgusting. They pray on unwell people who are looking for help. Alternative medical practitioners (and most medical professionals) are normally into their profession to help people, not to take advantage of them or their situations. NOT this place!

They will gladly get you financed and in debt, so they can rip you off ahead of time. Dr. Swindlehurst is appropriately named and should be ashamed of trying to take advantage of vulnerable people, who are in need of, or searching for medical assistance. Im a professional, who makes a decent living and could easily pay for medical treatments as they are received.

I absolutely refuse to hand over $5,000 up front to a chiropractor, or any other medical professional, who hasnt even met with me in person and basically wants to treat you over the phone. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state medical board.

Cons:
  • Do not except insurance
  • Want five thousand up front with no written contract
  • Or payment at the time of service

Preferred solution: To prevent practitioners from scamming vulnerable people

User's recommendation: Go to an honest provider for help, not these scammers.
