Refrigerate Store - โ€œRefrigerateโ€ in Lindon UT and North Salt Lake UT - They INTENTIONALLY...

These guys are piece of work. They operate a dirty cluttered refrigerator store in Lindon Utah.

(Near Orem). The sales staff are very nice. But, the managers are hard-nosed screw-you-over artists.

I picked out the 20 cu. ft.

upright freezer that would be good for our family on KSL.com. Then I went to pick it up. They didnt have much time to talk about the freezer because they were closing.

There was a shoddy repair made on the freezer on the bottom seal gasket that would make the freezer not usable. It wouldnt hold the 0 degrees temp.

The seal gasket had multiple screws put THROUGH it. They did this shoddy repair to screw the public and INTENTIONALLY CONCEAL the problem. They also didnt mention the freezer was permanently broken.

The CONCEELED repair couldnt be seen unless you get on your knees in the showroom to see it. Why would a company allow a broken freezer or fridge to be sold as new/used with a warranty?

Is it perhaps that they can advertise a warranty, but when it comes to fulfilling it, they MAKE MORE MONEY on the service call?

I called to their sales staff about this problem less the next day.

They accused me of harming the seal/gasket myself. They wouldnt replace it. (So much for their Warranty)

Then, they said, they could replace the whole freezer. I said, good so far.

They needed a few days to clean up the new fridge. That was fine.

BUT, then they wanted $100 to deliver the freezer about 17 miles. And they would bring it out to the house in a week. That was wayyy too long to go without a freezer.

I told them that we needed delivery, but that I wasnt going to pay $100 more dollars and wait a week.

I wanted it in the next few days, and I wasnt going to pay another dime for this fiasco.

The conversation broke down. They did NOT honor their warranty at all. They stole my money and left a valuable customer with a non-usable freezer. That they INTENTIONALLY CONSEALED.

So, if you see some nice fridges and freezers on KSL.com, dont buy from this merchant.

They will cover-up problems and steal your money. And not honor their warranty.

*** Do a credit card chargeback on them immediately if there are any problems.

Let them fight YOU to get their money back. You have the broken fridge.

LiquidationPalletSale Com - They Are a High Priced B2B Scam
Liquidation Pallet Sales SCAM In November 2022, our company engaged with LiquidationPalletSale.com for obtaining some pallets of merchandise to sell in our store. We found them on Google. (through their SEO efforts) Something was not right from the very start. They had the same customer service guy with a fake name of Mathew Douglas. Both on the phone and in Texting and in Online Chat. The was the phone number: (407) 906-**** On the phone and from live chat, it was apparent that this person was a foreigner who didnt speak English very well. Yet, LiquidationPalletSale.com was based in Davie Florida at address: 2230 SW 70th Ave #3, Davie, FL 33317 Anywaylooking around, it appears that LiquidationPalletSale.com was started in May 2022 as a domain. Their previous domain was LiquidationPalletSales.store which was just started in January 2022 as a domain. www.LiquidationPalletSale.com / www.LiquidationPalletSales.store (same site) (407) 906-**** info@***.com 2230 SW 70th Ave #3, Davie, FL 33317 online chat using Smartsupp app (free) And the same address is also crossed-referenced to 2 other pallet liquidation type websites that just started as domains in April 2022: www.liquidationpalletswholesales.com (386) 287-**** info@***.com 2230 SW 70th Ave #3, Davie, FL 33317 online chat using Tawk.to app (free) and www.wholesaleliquidationpallet.com (954) 454-**** (no email, just contact form) 2230 SW 70th Ave #3, Davie, FL 33317 with WhatsApp Chat (free) Fun to note, that they use the same product pallet images, AND SAME CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS on all 3 sites. Similar prices and product headlines with the same item descriptions. Almost copy and paste. However, each of the sites have different phone numbersbut all hook to the same address in Davie Florida. That address of 2230 SW 70th Ave #3, Davie, FL 33317 is also linked to a custom cardboard box manufacturer. https://www.yellowpages.com/davie-fl/mip/cell-service-47827**** with phone number (786) 346-****. This is a claimed business listing on YellowPages.com with 20 years in business. THIS is the real business in that location. I called and talked with them about getting some boxes made. And they knew about cardboard boxes. These scammers are active on the chat, phone, and texting. They WANT you to buy from them via your bank account. Not so much using a credit card. And we wanted to pay with a credit card. So, instead of collecting our credit card to their merchant account that they DIDNT HAVE. Or to a simple PayPal account that they DIDNT HAVEto process a credit card, they sent over an UPWORK.COM LINK. They wanted our company to pay for a $5000 purchase using an UPWORK.COM link. (you knowthe company that you would hire a foreign outsourcer from India or Philippines) THIS was their credit card processor. Obviously, we have stumbled upon a big scam that is just getting started. The dollar amounts are high per pallet in our industry. And these scammers were just getting warmed up. Dont buy from any of these websites. No matter how attractive their merchandise or their Instagram account looks. Located here: https://www.instagram.com/liquidation_pallet_sale/ They stopped posting on that Instagram account on May 13, 2022. This could very well be a TAKEOVER of an Instagram account around that date, then a bunch of sites put up to collect several $$$thousand dollars from a B to B scam. There was also a fake-owner Facebook account under Troy. His Facebook account was started in 2018. But only had a few hunting images posted in 2021 and 2022. Appears to be fake as well. Further, the pallet product images from their sites were run through a reverse image search. And all their images were gathered from other REAL locations online. So, the products dont appear real either. So, dont buy from any of these sites. They are related together and they are scammers. God bless.
