Ally Financial - I could not understand a word my costumer service lady was saying . I need someone who speaks clear English

My mother passed away on the 11th of November. I called customer service to request an extension on my car note due date.

I hv missed a abundant amount of work and money due to her passing . I could not understand the lady who was helping me . She was very nice but horrible English. I expect to fully understand .

She said I could get a 2 month extension as I required however form I understand Im hving to pay. Portion of the not for the 2 months . I would not asked for it if I could pay anything Ive never missed a car note ! I am faithful in that so I figured your company would offer some kind of hard shop due to a parent passing .

My other companies did this for me . Yall hv to do better

Preferred solution: I would like some my car note to be pushed back without paying a large fee . I had the money I would pay the whole myself

Ally Financial - I could barely understand the young lady who assisted me. Her English was not clear and Iโ€™m not really sure of the terms I agreed to bc she could not communicate it to me

My mom passed away and die to her passing i hv missed a ton of work and had to pay for unexpected expenses. I can pay any money for the nxt 2 months and asked for some extra time to pay . I could not understand the lady on the phone bc of poor poor English. Your customer service people should speak good English . I cant pay my car note bc of death so I dont understand why o have to pay a fee to get an extension or push payments back for fee months . Ive had no trouble with my other lenders . Just Ally
