Milor - Fradulent credit bureau report

had a loan with american general which is now springleaf, ran a credit report my report shows us with 2 loanswhen there is actually only 1 and they have had many customers with the exact same problem , same amount different account number there explanation was someone entered that with the bureau wrong and now they want us to send and or fax them a copy of credit report along with a letter contesting what is on our credit report i told them it was there responsibility to rectify the mistake, asked to speak to there supervisor angela became very rude and said sir do you want the fax number or not she also stated that it was the credit bureau at fault not springleaf i told her you reported that way to the bureau they just didnt pull it out of thin air then she hung up on me.if you dont pay thats one thing we have never been late in 5 yrs on this loan.
