I went to them at a very hard time in my life. My girlfriend of 8 years passed. I told them what I wanted they pretend to listen but don't. Told them I wanted dead certificates they did't order them so now I have to. I told them I wanted her Urn engraved they didn't, when I ask they said I never ordered but I did. Now they says if I want an engraved urn I can buy another one have it engraved and they will transfer the ashes. They don't listen they just want to get your money and get you gone. When i came in to pick her up they took care of my in the lobby didn't even have me go to the back like they even gave a *** Stay away if you really love the one you want taken care of.
