Att Connectech - Horrible - Don't use this company!

We were having connectivity issues with Mac desktop. Spent an hour on the phone with Apple and they concluded it was an AT&T problem.

Then spent another hour on the phone with AT&T and they concluded it was a computer problem. They assured us that Connectech could fix the Mac problem. It took almost an hour to set up the app't and we were charged $193 on our credit card ahead of app't. (That should have been a red flag right there.)

When the tech arrived today he told us upfront that he knew very little about Macs but he would do his best.

He called tech friends and googled info on his phone to get ideas. Two hours later, he concluded that it was indeed a computer problem but he didn't know how to fix it.

I asked if we could get a refund and he said "good luck with that". So, we basically threw $193. away.

We would never use this company again. Will call tomorrow them about a refund but from the reviews I have read I doubt I will have success.
