Firestone Complete Auto Care - File complaint
I called the Brunswick location 15 times throughout the day and they never answer the phone. So I went online to make an appointment.
The first time I requested was 8 am on sat and they sent back an automated email stating that time slot was unavailable and to please pick a different time slot. So I selected 11am and it processed. When I went to the store, the guy was not only rude, he said they couldnt do it because they were booked for a whole week. But I could leave my vehicle and they may or may not have it done in a week.
All I wanted was a front end alignment!! When I asked why dont they answer the phone he just shrugged his shoulders. VERY unprofessional.
If the business is short staffed then say that although I doubt it due to the fact I watched 6 employees all standing around doing absolutely nothing and there was 1 customer in the waiting room. Lost a days pay because of Firestones incompetence!
