I had a very similar experience with customer service but I did receive my order in reasonable time. My complaint was that their product description omitted the fact that the item was not compatible with the pistol I had purchased from them.

I was told it was my fault for not researching the product prior to ordering and if I returned it I would have to pay shipping and charged 10% restocking fee. I decided rather than paying that I sourced a solution by having the item modified locally to work with my pistol (which voided any warranty). This experience further firmed my resolve confining my purchases to local in person businesses who order products not in stock howbeit at higher prices.

I am very disappointed with Buds GS and the YouTube personality Hicock45 who highly recommends them. Trust isn't what it used to be.
