Finally, GreenDot sent me an email. It simply said, they are not responsible, and there is nothing they can or will do about it.Needless to say, I will never again buy a "MoneyPak."

Green Dot Moneypak - MoneyPak just cost me dearly!

I purchased a $200 MoneyPak, which I needed to load onto a prepaid card (one I've loaded MoneyPaks before). I needed to pay a "shut off" notice TODAY! I went to load my card, and got a message: "Deposit Failed...you've exceeded your 7 day limit..." That would be impossible, since I've only loaded $500 in the last month. Then, two hours ago, after calling 866.795.7597, I was told by the "rep" that I will get a refund, a "check in the mail" in 45 days!! MONEYPAK SCREWED ME!!

"Choice Priveleges" & "Rodeway Inn" Screws Business Customers!!

I, as a business owner, HATE, HATE, HATE! the "Choice Priveleges," especially the "Rodeway Inn: on Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA., reservation process for the sham that it is: for business customers, this is the most deceptive and misleading process imaginable. As a business owner, I will take it on as a personal mission to alert other businesses that they may make a reservation for their working out-of-town employees, they may be promised that the reservation is confirmed, they will be promised that the credit card on file will be used and is authorized, and that their employees need only show up with proper ID...BUT: then, they will confront "Chandu Patel"...manager of the Rodeway Inn on Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, who will then tell your employees: YOU CAN"T CHECK IN...and he will cancel their reservation (Confirmation Number: 4269****, Reservation Status: Reserved). The main reservation head office of the "Choice Priveleges" corporate office called "Chandu"...but he argued with them (so I was told) and my employees then had to pay out of their pockets, because the owners weren't physically on site????? I am preparing a more detailed description of the insult, embarrassment, and inconvenience we suffered today, when my employees, tired and expecting a room, even after the "Choice Privileges" head office called the hotel directly, only to have "Chandu Patel" adamantly refuse the reservation. I have only just begun. This is an outrage. I am one of those high energy business owners who will relentlessly blog and post about how very, very upset I am. If you are a business owner, and you attempt to reserve a room for a client or employee at this hotel, or via this "Choice Priveleges" service...BEWARE: no matter what nonsense they tell you over the phone, when your client or employees get to the hotel, "Chandu" will make them pay cash, or use their personal credit card, even if you were told, and assured, and guaranteed otherwise. You've been warned.

I've purchased five windshields from "Safelite" auto glass over the past 10 years. We have a lot of sand and they get pitted. They boast about their lifetime warranty. Don't believe it. The first time I needed it, I was rudely told by "Miguel" the manager of the...

Wells Fargo Cripples Small Business

Clearly, Wells Fargo bank is willing to cripple a new business. I woke this morning to find that Wells Fargo placed a nine (9) day hold on a deposit. We've had no bad checks ever. I am so angry and frustrated. SuperStar Painting is a new start-up business located in Desert Hot Springs, CA. We opened a business account a few weeks ago at the local Wells Fargo branch. We're new, and cash strapped. So, I was very pleased when one of our clients walked into a Wells Fargo branch in Yorba Linda, CA., and made a deposit into our business account, to help us with overhead, gas, expenses. The deposit was in the form of a business check drawn on another major US bank. This is 2013: what could possibly take nine days to verify? Checks clear overnight in this modern age of technology. I can understand a new account being required to submit to a hold of a couple days...even then, it's not like Wells Fargo couldn't electronically clear the deposit immediately if they wanted to. It's just easier for them to hamstring us, the new small business, and hold on to our money for 9 days! I will blog everyday about how we, the little guy, are crushed by unreasonable Wells Fargo policies, and then when the hold is lifted, I'll gladly close this account and find a decent bank that actually likes small businesses.

BEWARE of UltraHosting.com: say goodbye to your money!

I am a Forex trader. I wanted to have my MT4 (MetaTrader 4) platform installed on a VPS (virtual private server) so that the platform and software would run 24 hours a day. An online search turned up the UltraHosting.com advertising offering VPS services, one in particular designed for the MT4 platforms. My service was started on July 11, 2011. They offer monthly service, but if you purchase three months in advance you get a slight discount. Their advertising suggests, as did my initial phone calls to their sales department that you can install any MT4. I paid the $63.62 for three months service. They tell you that each weekend they will reboot the server. No problem. For five days of service I didn't notice any problem. After the first weekend reboot, on Monday I noticed the platform was not up and running. When I went to open the MT4 platform it opened for about 3 seconds and shut off. This happened again about 10 times. Finally, it appeared that the platform is open, up and running. When I checked back later it was off again. Mind you, I have been successfully running this platform on my desktop for over a year. I began calling the tech department daily. To make a long story short, this happened over and over and over for the next week. They could not find the problem, nor could they duplicate the problem. After a total of 10 days of service, five of which the platform shut down constantly, I told them forget it, this is not working, I want my money back. At this time they pointed out that occasionally "not all MT4 platforms are compatible with their VPS"... really?...now you tell me? And then I was told by UltraHosting Billing that their policy is NOT TO REFUND PREPAYMENT. So, BEWARE of Ultrahosting.com! If you prepay for any amount of service and then find that your MT4 platform does not work properly, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU ONE PENNY! You have no way of knowing if your MT4 platform is compatible until after you pay for the service and then install it and attempt to run it. That is a ridiculous and unfair policy. The customer service I received was the most rude and obnoxious customer service I think I've ever received anywhere. And they will be keeping your money! Ultrahosting.com.........RUNNNNNNNN!

I will second this review... Same thing happened to me..

Signed up for service through Pandela hosting buying a VPS package, then was delivered a different package by Ultrahosting who I found out owns Pandela but didn't find this out until AFTER payment... so when I tried to cancel as the package within the first week because the package was not going to work for me... refusal of refund. I even tried to fight it through PayPal but THEY won because it's in their Terms of Service No refunds...

they Keep your money for nothing.. total Scam, Stay Far Far away from Ultrahosting!
