Beachside Village - The are giving me the run around on a warranty.

I purchased a LG oversized AC/Heat wall unit for our lobby. It stopped working. It is under warranty so we called LG a month ago, yesterday for the 3rd time a repair man from A&E Factory Service was sent he now says the unit isn't repairable and needs to be replaced. It is my experience that LG Electronics can't be bothered with anything under warranty. I manage a property with 27 kitchens and let me tell you I will never purchase a LG product again. My advise to all is stay away from LG products and save yourself a lot of ***. LG and the repair company remain consistant in one thing. Nobody knows anything regardless of how much time you spend on hold on the phone or how many faxes you send. The unit is for a business it's not like I can just walk away from a $1,000 purchase. I have no idea when LG is going to make this right and neither does anyone I've talked to at LG Electronics.
