TracFone - Not satisfied with my nokia c100 trac phone

WE PURCHASED THE SUBJECT CELL PHONE AT WALMART ON 9\21\22 AND WHEN WE TRIED TO ACTIVATE THE PHONE WE SPENT OVER 2 HOURS GOING THROUGH THE SET UP AND WE COULD NOT GET IT TO AVTIVATE PART OF THE PROCESS WORKED BUT THE IMPORTANT PARTS I.E WE WERE NOT ABLE TO CALL OR RECEIVE; THE PERSON WHO WAS GUIDING US WAS CURTIOUS AND CONFUSED AND TOLD US TO CALL BACK AT ANOTHER TIME.. WE DID NOT CALL BACK BUT SPENT SEVERAL DAYS TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK BUT NO LUCK.

WE ARE VERY UPSET WITH TRAC PHONE AND NEED TO KNOW IF WE CAN RETURN THE PHONE AND GET OUR UNUSED MINUTES COST BACK.ALSO OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION HELD CONFIDENTAL. MY NAME IS JOHN VERGOT, I LIVE AT 27552 DUNSTAN COURT, MILTON DELAWAE 19968,EMAIL jvergot@***.net landline 302 684 ****.PLEASE ADVISE.
