Sears Home Services - Kenmore Elite Refrigerator broke & service did not show up.

Refrigerator stopped cooling on Friday, 12/23/2022. Earliest appointment was for today between 7am - 4pm..

Received at least 2 emails and text every day confirming appointment. Today we received a text that they were coming today. then they provided an estimated arrival for 3:30pm. Later they texted they let us know that they had one more stop before us.

At 3:47pm they texted to let us know that they rescheduled our appointment for 1/20/2023. What the F@#k> we spent the whole day waiting for them, they sent updates they were coming and then we have to wait more than 3 more weeks. This is totally unacceptable! what do we do without a refrigerator for a month?

This is a great reason why they are no longer in business. Please help.

Sears Home Services never showed up after 3 scheduled appointments. We had a warranty with Square Trade and they were very helpful and gave us the full amount we paid for the broken refrigerator.

We had it hauled away when our new GE Refrigerator was delivered.

Good riddance to Kenmore and Sears. Thank goodness for Square Trade through Allstate.

Was able reschedule for 12/302023. Did not call or show. Rescheduled for 1/05/2023.

Contacted us but did not resolve the issues. Contacted BBB but no help!

Credit card company is attempting to resolve the issue.

Airbnb is just as bad as the host Nathan in Sevierville, TN. Name of property in Sevierville is Birds Eye View, his is Nathan and the experience was horrible.

1st night arrived and no A/C in main bedroom. Moved everything to the lower level where the A/C was still working. No notice about broken A/C prior to arrival, temp was 85 degrees in that area. Day 3 no A/C at all, temp in entire home 89 degrees when we returned at 9:30 pm. Contacted host no help, did not offer other accommodations or refund. They said it would be fixed next day. Could not stay in cabin with 89 degrees at night. Their solution turn off A/C?????? Not fixed the next day. Refused refund!!!

Personalization Mall never followed up and have not replied to messages. Donโ€™t care about anything once the have their money.

Used to be responsive and had good customer service.

No more. If there was a rating lower than one star I would give that to them.

We have been ordering from PM for about 11 years and they used to provide excellent value, service and shipping. This year we ordered and were charged $19.99 for shipping and received an email and text saying that our order was shipped on Dec 3rd and we should receive by Dec 5th. FedEx sent a text that they received my order on Dec 3rd, I then received another text the it would be delivered on Dec 5, a day or so later I got one saying Dec 10th. Then I checked and it says not scheduled for delivery and no tracking was available. Its now Dec 12th and no package but now says it will be delivered by the Post Office. When I called PM I held for over an hour with no answer. Things have changed for the worse over the last few years, this is our last year to use them. It appears that 1-800Flowers bought the along with some other brands which have declined in service and value. Sorry to see a company that was once great become a poor because they were purchased by a bigger fish. Greed!

Thought I would try Instacart once again. I received another email with $15.00 off my next 3 orders.

Well I was fooled once but today I tried the new offers and the credit did not show up when I tried to checkout. I called customer service and they said no credit appeared on my account.

Same thing as before but this time I did not complete the checkout. Donโ€™t trust offers from Instacart they are Fraudulent and used to encourage s an order an hope that people are not smart enough to see that they are being screwed.

Did not honor discounts in email offers. When you try to find out why the say you already applied a discount and only one is allowed per order. The amount that was applied was for overcharging on a previous order. They consider money they owed me as a discount and would not allow another discount. The applied my credit of $2.80 instead on the $20.00 discount offer. Bunch of BS. Dont trust them

Broke my glasses and have been trying to get them replaced with the 20/20 Enhance Warranty that I purchased. I followed the instructions by sending an email to returns@***.com and received an email stating that the received my request and I would receive an email within 2 - 3 days about my return. It has been 2 weeks and nothing, I followed up with 2 additional emails and still nothing. I contacted the customer service department and the called was to the Phillipines and they said i will just have to wait until I get an email from the returns department. I chatted with them and still no satisfaction. Why are they hiding from their customers? it's obvious, the products are cheaply made and break very easy and the warranty plan is as useless as their customer service. i should learned my lesson from the other 3 pairs we purchased. DON'T use GlassesUSA it is a rip off.
