100% refund.

Flowers were delivered today and were garbage! See photos.

Will never order from 1800Flowers again. I demanded a refund and would accept nothing less than 100%.

After demanding to talk to the customer service representative's supervisor, the refund was granted. Never did get to talk to the supervisor.

Paid upgraded fee (total $30) to have flowers DELIVERED "on or before 5/11." Flowers were not shipped UNTIL 5/11. Tracking shows it MAY be delivered by end-of-day 5/13. Contacted customer service and was told "nothing can be done" I asked for a refund of the delivery fee, and, again, was told nothing could be done "because it's in transit." That's straight up a lie. So, not only is 1800Flowers incapable of scheduling/making a delivery on time, their customer service will flat-out lie to customers.
